Pros:

Πλούσιο πρωινό . Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό , ιδιαίτερα στην υποδοχή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο.

Excellent experience all around, thank you for a wonderful stay!
Pros:

The hotel is a short walking distance from the main train station, Termini as well as the bus station close by, which made for a very convenient stay. Whether it was early morning or late in the evening when we returned, it felt safe and quite easy to get to our room.

The hotel staff were quite helpful, especially Laura at the front desk. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfortable too. There was also a large selection of foods for breakfast from pastries, to fruits and hot beverages, everyone was well catered for.

I would recommend the hotel and hopefully will be returning if I am ever in Rome again!

Cons:

- One recommendation is to provide water for the rooms for each day the guests are there, especially during the hot summer months. Otherwise, there is a vending machine in the lobby and a supermarket close by for access to this should you require.

A pochi metri dalla stazione di Termini, colazione abbondante e molto buona

Cons:

L’acqua della doccia non funzionava bene e veniva giù a getto. Ti perdi facilmente per i corridoi e ci ho messo un po’ a trovare la camera dall’ascensore (infatti ho sempre preso le scale) per il resto é andato tutto bene

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. During my stay, I developed numerous insect bites that caused significant discomfort and prevented me from sleeping properly. Although I was moved to another room, I still did not feel comfortable. The room was not as advertised and looked nothing like the photos. The view from the window was unpleasant, the air conditioning did not work properly, and even the charging ports were unreliable. I also sent a complaint email but, at the time of writing this review, I have not received any response. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend it.

Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ κεντρικά , με πολύ μεγάλη ευκολία να πάει κάποιο ίσο οπουδήποτε. Εχει πολύ καλό κλιματισμό και τρομερό και πάρα πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό.Ειχα επιφυλάξεις διαβάζοντας κάποια αρνητικά σχόλια , αλλά τελικά ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη έκπληξη αυτό το ξενοδοχείο με μεγάλη καθαριότητα και εξυπηρέτηση σε οτιδήποτε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Voldoende maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Hotel is zeer gedateerd en aan renovatie toe. Het plafond zat los, deurkozijn bewoog.
Het ontbijt daarentegen was zeer uitgebreid, goede airco en zeer dichtbij het ov.
