It done its job but could have been way better, wouldnt reccomend as somewhere to stay.
Pros:

Location is good. Bed was OK. Staff were friendly, not many could understand what was being asked of them though which made things difficult. Helpful that you've got luggage storage.

Cons:

On entry looks a mess with the construction, not a good first impression. Ramp up to first floor is a hazard and not fit for purpose - too steep for people with mobility issues to use un aided. Staying on the first floor is sooooooooo noisy, you can hear everyone outside the room all night long. Bed was OK. Theres no plug sockets in the room?! At all, had to unplug the TV to have one plug available. Room is small and not really much room to move. Rooms are also very outdated and just need general matinence. Also strangely no kettle in rooms? Hairdryer didn't work and no emergency chord in the 'accessable' bathroom. Room keys are also outdated, not ideal that you cant take the room key with you. No one explained that you cant, we just got shouted at. Also no one told us check out time when we arrived or anything else.

A little variety in breakfast may be better
Pros:

Staff is perfect. What I loved in my room ...the mirrors. Bath products. The hotel is clean. Location is good, near the Roma termini station.

Cons:

Breakfast. No much options. Americano which seems to be Nescafe. Well, the hotel was not bad, but my expectations were a little more for the price. The single room was small for me. I would need may be to reserve double room. In fact, no good, not bad hotel.

Personal atento y amable. Buena ubicación

Cons:

Nos asignaron una habitación que parecía que la armaron el día anterior. Muy incómoda, poco atractiva y nada acogedora. El WiFi no funcionaba bien y el baño parecía que no lo alcanzaron a terminar

Pros:

A localização não é das melhores por ser perto da estação central, mas já sabiamos disso.
Entretanto, se for fazer alguns bate e volta em outras cidades vale a pena pois a Termini está pertinho.
Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos conosco, pois não falamos outro idioma e mesmo assim conseguiram nos ajudar.

Viejo, olor feo en los baños, chicas las habitaciones, las puertas rotas, bañeras sin cortina de baño por lo que las duchas son difíciles.

Pros:

Osoblje na recepciji uvijek nasmiješeni i voljno pomoći. Sobe se čiste svaki dan,novi ručnici,sve uredno. Svaka čast. Sobe jesu manje ali pružaju sve potrebno nakon što dan provedete u gradu. Toliko blizu Termini stanice da ste za par minuta gdje god želite u Rimu. I drugi put biramo isti smještaj. Hvala na svemu.

Cons:

Bilo bi dobro da je bilo kuhalo za vodu i kava u sobi. Ali i bez toga nama je bilo odlično.

Bastante positiva.
Pros:

O quarto era bastante limpo e confortável. Nada a apontar de pejurativo às comidades.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço terminava às 10h, o que francamente parece um horário demasiado cedo. Também estava em obras o que o tornou menos apelativo ao olhar.
