I loved how the property had its own balcony in the living room and then another for one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms were very nice, and the whole layout of the apartment was simple and elegant. Very much enjoyed the stay, the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The property was right across a grocery store which made it convenient for last minute things.

It is alway a pleasure staying there. The staff go above and beyond what you would expect. Good location, large rooms and very clean. This time I had a smart tv , so could easily watch tv with my accounts. Wifi is fast and reliable. I didn’t need to use the air conditioning this time, but last time a little bit. The whole room was cool in a few minutes. large balcony facing the sea.
I would highly recommend this property, for both business or pleasure… Top!!!

If you search an appart hôtel clean beautiful and with kind people for thé service ...you are in thé best of mamaia .
Thé location is pretty good in 5 min you have accès to thé sand and sea . You Can have a view and you are next of thé supermaket.

Tolles Apartment mit Kühlschrank und Kochmöglichkeiten, leider zu wenig Küchenutensilien. Für Rumänien ein wenig teuer aber nochmals Top Apartment!

The place where you should stay if you are working in Constanta during extra season. Luxury is all over the place and you will feel perfect there .
You have also your own kitchen if you like to cook yourself or you can experience the food from the restaurant located at the ground floor.

We visited the hotel off-season during September and I must say it was a very good choice! The hotel location is very good and the rooms are quite large. The staff was great and the breakfast very good. We enjoyed our stay and most likely we’ll be back.

A nice, modern and new hotel close to the beach in Mamaia, the best resort on the Romanian Black Sea coast. A few minutes away walking to the beach. Great European continental breakfast. Helpful and pleasing staff. Air conditioned, good quality beds. The only drawback is the price, a bit high for the amenities and value provided. Overall, I would recommend this aparthotel.

The staff was soo soo nice, the breakfast was more than enough! Clean and safe environment for children no matter the age. This place is really clean and smells that way. The room: it was spacious and had everything we needed, we packed a lot of thing we thought we needed but turned out to be useless because we already got everything we needed there. Excellent stay! We will come back/recommend this to our friends for sure!!

Wonderful property to stay while visiting Constanta. Staff was nice and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

We been here for 3 nights. We had an apartment with lake view. It was Big, Nice clean, parking space, good breakfast, garden with playroom. They have security cameras all over wich s Very good. I reccomend an air conditioner in bedroom because it s Very Hot Even now in 30 may-3rd of june. It s Very Close to the beach, 2 minutes Behind the hotel.
If you dont like noise please choose a room with garden view. My mum Could sleep But i Couldn t. Overall was Very Nice.

I am verry happy for choosing this hotel. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. Bedrooms were comfy and cozy and kitchen had all facilities needed. Staff tried hard and we were satisfied with their attitude and carefulness. Room also had airconditioning. We appreciated also playground, kids had time for themselves as well as we did.

the size of the rooms and the beds. Also the posibility to control the indoor temperature.

Our experience was bad starting from our arrival. The receptionist informed us that the room is being cleaned and it will be ready after 2pm. At around 3 pm we entered the room and i was just shocked when in the bathroom there were hair tights and the floor was so dirty with sand that i had to throw away my socks. Also the bathtub was leaking.
We travel with our 1 year son that goes everywhere so we needed that floor to be clean. My husband complained and we moved to another 1 bedroom apartment that was better but still we had to disinfect just to be sure.
Another thing that bothered me was that the man who was in charge of the breakfast was washing used cups and glasses by hand with plain water, with no soap and then wipe with a cloth.
I never seen a vacuum cleaner and the cleaning staff uses the same water to clean the entire floor so you can imagine...
Even if smoking it's not allowed, on the lobby sometimes you could smell cigar smoke.
The walls are thin and you can hear everything from next door.
The rooms overall are ok. Spacious and well equipped. I also didn't liked that they don't place a new kitchen sponge and they didn't cleaned the support for it. The closets smelled really bad also. They didn't clean the terrace, it was very dusty.
This could be a good accommodation but the price it's high for overall conditions.
The breakfast is ok but it's not so varied. If you are vegetarian or vegan you don't have much to eat.
A good point is the location and the fact that across the street it's a big supermarket and the yard with the playground for kids.
I really hope they will improve the cleaning conditions and they will pay attention on this in the future. I would not recommend this location for my friends.

TOMIS GARDEN is located in the heart MAMAIA near the promenade. It is the kind of appart hotel way better than a regular hotel by offering a lot of space and the chance to feel like home.
We really appreciate the amenities, including the ground terrace and all the facilities for the kids and the beautiful garden.

From Check In to Check Out everything was fantastic, all the staff from the Reception, Security, to Housekeeping are friendly, very helpful, genuine and very organized. But above all, the hotel manager, Ms. Mariana is by far the most pleasant surprise.

Without any doubt she really was magnificent. You can easily recognise in her the passion and enthusiasm for her job. She is always smiling , always trying to make your stay better and gave us impeccable recommendations regarding anything, from restaurants to shopping to whatever you may need nomatter if it is something small or maybe something very important.

Very hard to talk about minus ... maybe the lack of a swimming pool

We rented a 2-bedroom apartment and shared it with our friends. Although this is a 3-star establishment, it can easily compare to any 4-star hotel. The bathrooms look very nice with quality fittings and the en-suite was huge. The decor is done in good taste, the kitchenette is equiped with everything you need. The room we had was facing the Siutghiol lake, a nice view but if you are used to sleeping with an open window the noise from the traffic could bother you (it didn't bother us). The rooms have A/C but I avoid it all costs.

The included breakfast was well thought, nice variety, everything was fresh. The room was nice as well and they also have a patio with a playground for kids.

I recommend it and we will probably visit again.
