Bedroom with balcony very nice. Lovely views of river activities. Breakfast good and staff member in charge of breakfast was very professional and efficient. Decor and cleanliness throughout very good.
Inside bar area not big enough for the amount of people that use it when wet or cold. Reception area seating was in regular use by staff/family with children.
Reception not manned consistently. We witnessed numerous people walking out as no one attended to them. Music in bar/ restaurant slightly too loud and needs to be more background music not ABBA on repeat.
Evening food in restaurant was expensive for what it was.
Surrounding town and buildings let down the first impression on arrival.
Every aspect of our stay was perfect, the staff very polite attentive and very friendly, our room was very very clean and exceptionally comfortable, the location was excellent and finally the breakfast was out of this world every part of our stay was perfect.
we didnt stay long enough
The breakfast was good and cooked fresh.
The location was lovely
The Sunday roast was very good however a bit overpriced. Even London prices dont reach £23.95!!
The lighting in public areas was poor. Limited lighting in a corridor is dangerous for older people!! Lighting at reception desk was poor!!
Saw on a couple of occasions dotted around the hotel bottles of cleaning chemicals. Two bottles on the outside steps with cloths and bottles on tables in the breakfast room. This is a health and safety hazard!! These should be kept out of sight safely.
Very limited hanging space in a single room.
Location and polite staff
Restaurant also very good
Great breakfast
Room on small side
The quality of the food in the restaurant is exceptional.
The staff are so friendly.
Delay getting checked in.
Fabulous location. Nice room and balcony over the water
Food a little bit expensive
Friendly, clean,
Food was excellent, very friendly, brilliant location pet friendly. Will definitely return. Excellent breakfast.
If anything, food expensive, but good quality. So u get what u pay for.b
We asked the waitress for a doggy bag but think she forgot, wasn't really interested
The hotel was very well worth the price we paid.
We expected less.
The shower screen should be up the other end of the bath as it made it awkward to get in and out safely.
The hotel is my go to place on the Broads and have stayed 3 times.
Everything! Just amazing. Thank you to all for what you do. Loved every minute of my stay.
Staff location
Dogs running around the restaurant and barking.. should never have been allowed in the restaurant not guide dogs
Breakfast/Food good. Room Small. No Plugs side of Bed. Dinner Good
No Lift had to carry Case up Stairs (78 years old)
Staff were exceptional staying late which would allow us to check in. the Room was lovely and the breakfast excellent.
Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. We had dinner at the hotel which, although pricey, was amazing.
We had a dog friendly room and they provided a dog bed (so we left ours in the car), bowls, poo bags and treats. The first time staying in a hotel where they provided a bed - fantastic!
The room itself was too hot, even the duty manager showing us to the room commented on it. There was a fan but it would’ve been too noisy overnight.
Great service, lovely room, comfortable bed and great breakfast
The waitress in the restaurant could have been supported more as she worked really hard around the restaurant and then also answered calls at reception while checking people out.
We loved the location and the bedroom was very comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated.
It was 5pm before we could get into the room apparently because it was a last minute booking so we had to wait an hour for our room to be cleaned.
