This is a 1 star resort
Pros:

The check in and out and service of this resort is hopeless. Everything is very expensive for what you get but the only saving grace for this hotel is the natural beauty and ambiance.

Pros:

Stay was ok. No hot water. That was bad since it was raining and quite cool. Food was pricey and below par.

Nileshwaram at Malabar resort
Pros:

It's a small property but well maintained. Beach is very close and almost like a private one. Housekeeping hence cleanliness, quick and earnest service would be the highlights. Villas and cottgaes rooms are closer to the beach and deluxe rooms are off. The food is not consistent, non veg Kerala dishes are far better than the rest of the menu. Breakfast at the beach is a good experience and the buffet is decent. They have a ayurvedic spa which is reasonably good. Reaching the location is tricky with a turn under a flyover that can be easily missed. Location wise beach is the only plus point there is nothing else nearby and you need to go some distance towards the town for decent restaurants. Overall a decent stay, although during our stay the resort was fully booked with some government officials as well and the staff seemed stretched.
