Disappointing
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

Cold shower, no bedside lamp, main light bulb was the size of a child’s head with a shade the size of a belt “covering it” making it blind you as you watched tv, minimal toilet roll in the room as we entered and a mission to find staff to ask for more, staff could hardly speak English, despite reviews of comfortable beds, they weren’t, previous reviewers must sleep on tables if they think the beds are comfortable, pile of dust under the radiator from either a drilled hole or plaster coming loose which made us think that not much effort had gone into cleaning the room prior to us arriving.

The lady who runs the hotel is so lovely and genuine. Myself and my partner helped the lady early hours in the morning w
Pros:

One of most cleanest I’ve stayed in.

Cons:

Not a bar area. But it was close enough to a pub anyways

Did not stay and will not be returning!!!!
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

When we first arrived we noticed the car park was full of litter and the 2 large bins overflowing this was the first red flag! We rang the bell but no one came to let us in or greet us, we were eventually let in by a young lad who was a guest. The first thing that hit us was this awful acrid smell! We were not shown to our room just given a card with a number on it. The room was very basic, dark and depressing, the walls were marked, the bathroom had mould around and the toilet made a constant bubbling noise. We decided we could not sleep in those conditions, there was nobody on reception to complain to, we left and came home

Cons:

Service and host was bad and their behaviour was also not good… bedsheets were dirty and the kettles were also dirty and bad.

I will never book again with them
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The check in time are not same as you have on booking website, no one in reception all night, the emergency number didn’t work. The window didn’t lock, no draining point on the bathroom, only 4 small towels left for use for a family of 4, 2 of them i had to use to dry the bathroom floor because otherwise we will slip. No shampoo, tv didn’t work, bloody stain look like on the curtain.

Would not stay here again if staying in the area longer
Pros:

Thankfully was only using as an overnight stop over. So not much to comment here except it was cheap

Cons:

Invisible staff. No facilities ( "when does the bar open?" "June"). Kettle did not work. No hot water for a shower. Room felt unclean.
