Kensington Hotel

The key card for the room did not work, and there was no one available to respond.
There was no staff available at the hotel at any time during the night, and no one at reception to deal with any problems.
The hotel was extremely dirty, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Rooms ok tea and coffee facilities non existent had to pay £10 to park the car in their car park! TVs in rooms don’t work properly

Did not stay in the room as no staff available to get room key. Absolutely disgusted. When I phoned the contact number she hung up on me.dod

Their was only stairs now ramp if you have a pram. And that you could really fine anyone during the day. And thier was meant to be security guard during the night i didn’t see one.

The tv didn’t work. Their was a hole in the wall, their was no plug in the bathroom, their no one around the second day their to speak to. There was only one plug socket by the bed and i had a matching for my daughter so i need tow plugs so one off my machine went off at 4:00am in the morning. Also there was only stairs so i had to keep taking it a part to go up and down stairs and put it back together again with my daughter in the pram. I was meant to be stay two night and i left after the first night and stay in another hotel for the second night.

The hotel very old the noise of the footsteaps above my room 6 am evry day

I add extra cot bed for free like that was on the site .. then they request us to pay 25£ for it , lady call me and sayd in the place of 2 single beds and 1 double will add , 3 dubble beds , when we arive she charge us 25£ for the bed and 10£ for parking but told me the bed didnt fit in the room and she just let 2 single beds and 1 doubble .. after she charged us .. very small room that one wasnt a family room for sure .. a small fan very hot inside .. i spoke again with her that i want a refund of the 25£ as there is no extra bed i had to sleep on the corner floor ..so my husband and the kids can sleep on the bed she told me manager sort it out tomorrow morning ..next morning when we checked out nobody was on reception i had to knock on office 3 times nobody answer ..then i called and she sayd manager will give it back to you bank acount just leave there the key .. 13-14 august , today we on 15august she keep argue with me that the 25£ was for the kids charged .. but when i make the booking its shows 2 of 4 kids stays for free as they small .. i defenitly wont recomand this is not about the 25£ is about the humanity respect and expectation ..
