Stayed in worse also stayed in better for cheaper price than what we paid

Location and had parking room size was good

Cons:

Paid for double bed and single bed and got 3 single beds wasn’t ideal for husband and wife blinds were very worn so light was coming in as no curtains up

There was no one in the reception and the door was closed with no password, no one answered the phone when we called and the day after when I called them they denied to give our money back!

Not clean. Didn’t change bed cover at all - stayed 3 nights.
No bin in the room . No slipper for toilet .

An absolute shambles.

How close it was to town

Cons:

When we arrived there wasn’t any staff member present. We called the number provided which put us though to someone who couldn’t speak English which wasn’t helpful at all. We then waited 20 minutes to check in. The guy who eventually came was rude asf.
Anyways then the hairdryer didn’t work so we called the number and the woman just said well what can I do. The room only provided one toilet roll which is crazy stingy tbf.

Disaster. Do not stay here.
Pros:

Location was good. Easily accessible by bus from the train station.

Cons:

Everything. Staff were non-existent, room was filthy. Hair in the beds and towels. Blood and piss on the toilet seat. Blinds hanging off the windows, beds falling apart, no shower soaps. Leaflets about child trafficking on the reception desk. We should have read the awful reviews on Trip Advisor before booking. We left after the second night to go to the Holiday Inn.

Not comfortable , only good thing was , the beach was walking distance

We didn't have breakfast

There was no shower mat /bathroom mat
No bedroom rug
Noisy outside , people were just outside our window , the guy who handed our keys wasn't friendly

The location, it was about 15 mins from the centre

Cons:

The room had unmade beds, dirty towels, toilet had dirty toilet paper down, hairs were all over the room, even blood on the bed. When asked the receptionist about this they came up to check and said ‘this is perfectly fine’

Pros:

Staff at the hotel were lovely decor needs attention in and out most of linen on bed was marked and furnished attachments I e towel rail missing shower loose on wall cupboard wobbly as I said decorating needed in and out to update and certain maintenance issues needed
