Nice hotel in great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, good value for money
Pros:

Great location, large room, unique design of the hotel, good breakfast, a few metres from main road with shops but at the same time really quiet (no noise) .

Staff were helpful and friendly, arranged a tour for us

Pulizia delle camere solo su richiesta (non mi sembra il massimo considerando il prezzo pagato a notte)
Abbiamo avuto un problema di infiltrazione della stanza con caduta di acqua dal soffitto; ci rendiamo conto che non potevano sistemarlo in quanto il muratore averebbe dovuto lavorare con noi dentro ma almeno prendere l'iniziativa di rifare la stanza per togliere la catinella senza il bisogno che lo dovessimo far notare noi.

Great stay at Göreme Valley Cave House. The rooms are clean and have a unique cave style. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cappadocia.

闹中取静的地方，步行可以到饭店，不沿路所以很安静。定的家庭房，在一楼，有暖气，很舒服，只是没有窗，所以时间长了会稍微有点闷。洗澡的热水又足水又大，超级舒服。拍的我们隔壁的3人房，有窗就很舒服。顶楼的露台可以看热气球，早餐不错，就是位置有点少，可能还需要等位。

Pros:

Excellent location. 4 minutes walk to the bus stop to other cities or nearby towns like Uchisar. Close to Love Valley hiking track. Receptionists do speak English. Airport transfer and hot air balloon tour were arranged smoothly. Cash refund was smooth when balloon tour got canceled. Kitchen staffs and housekeeper were super nice. Family room was clean and spacious for 3 people. Little stairs to walk up to the breakfast room. They arranged early check-in for us which was very kind. However, I’d appreciate not being knocked on the door before the check-out time to ask us to check-out while we were getting ready. Rooftop were not arranged beautifully like a picture but rather an empty space with everything was put away, but worth the view.
