Pros:

La terraza! Relación precio calidad, superó las expectativas, todo nuevo y de calidad! El personal súper amable, pedimos agua caliente para mate mil veces y accedían con sonrisa. Dejamos las valijas luego del check-in. Excelente!

I had a lovely stay. The location and staff were superb!
Pros:

Location, large bed, comfortable, breakfast, staff were helpful, the king suite was so nice-have your own balcony, and jacuzzi with two windows overseeing the hot air balloons at sunrise

Cons:

The blanket was too small for the very big bed. The beddings have holes/rips in it, there was a weird smell coming from the drainage holes of the toilet

La nostra stanza dava nell’atrio interno, zona di sosta per tutti. Se pur con le finestre chiuse, si sentivano voci. Inoltre alla finestra mancavano tende oscuranti. A parte questo, davvero un’ottima struttura con un’ottima colazione

Pros:

L'emplacement était super en plein centre de goreme avec pleins d'activités a faire autour (red and rose Valley en randonnée) l'hôtel est trop beau et notre chambre était d'un style mi oriental mi troglodyte, douche et toilettes propres,on avait en plus une belle terrasse privée et une terrasse partagée très bien décoré où on a pu voir les montgolfières tôt le matin passés au dessus de nous
Sincèrement merci a toute l'équipe de la réception au l'équipe du petit déjeuner matinale vous étiez très gentils et serviable
Vous méritez largement un 20/10

Très belle journée en famille, tout était parfait !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel en Turquie, en famille avec nos deux enfants. L’hôtel était très propre et bien entretenu, ce qui était vraiment agréable. La terrasse était très sympa et agréable pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner était super bon, avec beaucoup de choix, et toute la famille a apprécié. Nous avons vraiment été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Pros:

çok beğendik konum ve teras harikaydı. çalışanlar çok iyidi. Özellikle akşamları terasla ilgilenen Özbek çalışan çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi, ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi büyük bir hoşgörüyle bize temin etti. Yeniden gitsem yine aynı yeri seçerdim.

Cons:

tuvaletin giderinden kötü bir koku geliyordu. Manzaralı denilen odalarda çok bir manzara göremedik.

Merita! camera con vista spettacolare, buona pulizia delle stanze e luoghi comuni e staff educato!

il panorama dalla camera era molto bello e camera molto accogliente e pulita. Lo staff sempre educato, colazione abbondante

Cons:

in generale nulla, forse solo avrei voluto delle risposte più immediate da parte dello staff per i tour senza dover richiederle noi spesso per conferme
