Me gustó el trato de la recepción, en especial de Puria.
Te dejan esperar ahí después del check out, dejar tus maletas y un dato súper especial - tienen una ducha que puedes usar aunque ya hayas hecho el check out en la mañana, muy útil si viajas luego en bus por la noche. La locación era perfecta, 5 min caminando a la estación de bus y centro

Old, outdated, sewage smelling accommodation.
Pros:

The location is not too bad.

Cons:

The rooms are out dated and the bathroom smelt like sewage. I asked Ali from reception to clean it, they only sprayed it. We booked three rooms. Ali tried to rip us off with the balloon ride quotes. While my brother was quoted $140 Euro, I was quoted $165 then $180 Euros.

Posizione ottimale, facile raggiungere tutto a piedi. TUTTO il personale è stato fantastico, simpatico e gentile! Ogni volta che abbiamo chiesto aiuto ci sono stati molto utile. Apprezzata molto anche la camera con il vasto bagno.

Cons:

E' un posto caratteristico e bello, ad ora non mi viene in mente cosa cambiare di questo posto. C'era tutto il necessario.

Unfortunately, this stay turned out to be extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable, especially as it was meant to be a special anniversary trip.

From the moment of check-in, I encountered multiple serious issues in the room:

The bathroom tap was leaking continuously.
The flush buttons were not functioning properly.
There was no proper exhaust/ventilation, resulting in a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
The room was not properly cleaned before being handed over to us.
Despite raising these concerns at the reception, the response was inadequate. The staff only replaced the shower head, which itself was in poor condition. The overall service was highly unprofessional, and basic hospitality standards were clearly not met.

Tanto el alojamiento como el personal son perfectos, nos han dado un trato exquisito estando siempre pendientes de todo lo que necesitábamos. Todas las instalaciones eran perfectas y muy limpias. Si en algún momento vuelvo a Capadocia, no dudaré en alojarme aquí.
