舒適溫暖的飯店
Pros:

走路6分鐘到可以到巴士站、超市，以及市中心，附近烘焙坊Fathi甜點超好吃！飯店提供經典的土耳其早餐（麵包，優格，起司，蔬菜那些），以及熱騰騰的起司歐姆蛋可以點。早餐時間外如果需要水，要額外付費20tl😅建議去去超市買大罐水還便宜。地暖很溫暖，浴室超大，秋冬前往非常舒適~

Cons:

水要額外在用餐區購買😔，3樓露台全包起來，不知道是不是因為冬季不能使用，可惜無法觀看熱氣球美景

Malheureusement on a pas pu dormir à cause du bruit !
Pros:

L’emplacement était bien . La chambre était bien aussi . Petit déjeuner copieux .

Cons:

On était dans la chambre familiale mais ils ont mit un lobby juste devant les chambres et la nuit impossible de dormir à cause des bruits des gens ! C’est dommage.

Bad experience with ants
Cons:

The facilities were very poor. The taps were decades old, the shower did not work, and there were clogging issues in the bathroom. Most importantly, we found many ants on the bed and pillows. The staff first changed the sheets, but the problem continued and we were moved to a smaller room with no balcony. The jacuzzi in this room also did not function.
Since we had paid for a larger room with a balcony and view, we expected a refund for the price difference. The manager said he would contact Booking.com to arrange this, but it was never done. When I contacted Booking.com, they informed me that the owner refused to agree to the refund, and instead I was given compensation in the form of a reward for a future booking, which I did not want.

It was a lovely place to stay with my family during our goreme trip. I would definitely come and stay in this place agai
Pros:

The property is located very close to the town which makes it easier to buy food and groceries. The breakfast provided was also scrumptious.

Cons:

In the family room downstairs, the room can be pretty hot even when all the heater is turned off. That’s also during the peak winter season.

Overall pretty good stay with some misrepresentations.
Pros:

Good location, easy check in. Nice and comfortable room. The breakfast was very very good.

Cons:

Th Cave House words in the name is misleading. This place is not a cave, its just a regular building. We also felt the view of the hot air baloons was misrepresented on the listing. The view is not nearly as nice as what is depicted, there are lots of other buildings in the way etc.
