Amazing stay, awesome staff, great place overall would recommend!
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and accomodating, very helpful and easy to talk to. Sam on the roof was especially good, made us feel so so welcome! The rooftop was our favourite part, great for sunrise, sunset, and any time in between.

Cons:

Only comment would be that our shower did not drain well

Fantastic stay! Clean, great service, and beautiful!
Pros:

The room was very clean, cool, and came with the perfect amenities. Great place to watch the balloons in the morning as well. Free breakfast included. Our flight was at 8am the next morning (before breakfast time) and they offered to pack us a to go breakfast the night before. Assisted with booking tours as well airport transfers.

Amazing stay, we’ll be back!
Pros:

Our stay was simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the person who checked us in made us feel right at home, and that warm hospitality continued throughout our entire stay. The hotel facilities are spotless, extremely comfortable, and well-maintained in every detail. On top of that, all the information and help they gave us to organize our activities made our trip so much easier. Without a doubt, a 10/10 experience. We truly hope to return next year!

Exceptional Stay, Outstanding Staff and Perfect Location
Pros:

I stayed in a Family cave room (Breakfast included)
Great location near the city centre with easy access to restaurants.
The staff were polite and helpful even assisting with airport transfer and tour arrangements.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Highly recommended.....

Cons:

Since my stay was during summer, they could have provided a fan in the cave rooms. It was little hot during midday and tough to rest after tours.
