Excellent location, good breakfast, cosy hotel and friendly personnel. Thanks a lot to Söner bey for his hospitality! Last, but not least - the hotel's terrace is the best facility to spend a time after the hot days and to observe the ballons flights. Recommended!

The pergola at the second flow's balcony is needed;)

Perfect Family Stay with Great Staff, Location, and Balloon Views
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this good accommodation. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was excellent, just a 1-minute walk to the walking street, which made it very convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Horrific and appallingly bad.
Pros:

Nothing. Horrible quality, room smelled awfully. Horrendous space and staff weren’t helpful

Cons:

Staff didn’t help with bags, no room service. Shockingly bad breakfast. Toilet and room smelled. No Air conditioning. VERY poorly and badly maintained. Was quite disgusting to stay there. Not sure why there’s good reviews

Es ist sehr authentisch. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Tolle Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Zimmer

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Höhlenzimmer. Es war schön, allerdings ohne Fenster mit 5 Personen. Das hätte ich mir eigentlich denken können. Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten.

Pros:

Номер хороший для пары, джакузи не пользовались, вся ценность в балконе и виде с него. Утром смотрели за полетом шаров, было очень красиво и летели прям над нами.

Cons:

Уборки в номере за 2 дня не было ни разу. Завтрак очень скромный. Кофе на завтраке не понятная муть. Также не совершайте нашу ошибку с покупкой полёта на шарах за 180 евро на человека. В любом турагентстве города этот полет стоит 40-45 евро на человека с таким же комплектом услуг.

Pros:

All the facilities were excellent and comfortable. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of Göreme City from the accommodation, and it was very convenient that an iron was available.

Cons:

It would be great to have a wider selection of breakfast options. Since most of the choices are bread, biscuits, and cereal, they may not suit everyone’s preferences. Adding items like noodles, porridge, and a few more chicken dishes would make the breakfast more enjoyable for a wider range of guests.

A great, comfortable hotel with lots of amenities and a great, delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, walkable within the town of Göreme.
Comfortable with several areas to relax. Great for our family. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Great tour advice too.

Cons:

Not so much the property but we are not used to so much cigarette smoke and perhaps they could make an area where there was no smoking.
