Pros:

Nice, big hotel. I chose it because it was close to the Gereja Katolic for Christmas services. Tge staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was extensive

Best hotel in this price range
Pros:

I have stayed in many hotels in this price range in Indonesia and this hotel was the absolute best I've stayed in so far. Very comfortable bed, clean room, good air-conditioning, all was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel is situated next to a very busy road with barely any side walk. I've tried to walk to places, but that was nearly impossible, I had to take taxis even for short distances, which I really disliked.

A good value Boutique hotel
Pros:

A very friendly boutique hotel, in a good quiet inner city location, close to numerous coffee cafes, including the famous Igor's, a great nearby gym and the railway station

Cons:

The room had no fridge but drinking water is available for free from a dispenser in the hall.

A friendly , clean Boutique hotel.
Pros:

A small , very clean boutique hotel in a leafy street close to a good gym , the main railway station and plentiful coffee cafes. We stayed in a superior room, spacious, with comfortable bed , good soft pillows and excellent air conditioning. The only downside, the room has no fridge; free water is available from a dispenser in the hall. A buffet style Indonesian breakfast is available, which varies from day to day . The staff are attentive and very friendly. Overall an excellent budget choice of accomodation.

The worst budget hotel ever!
Pros:

Poor maintenance.
The bedsheet is dirty. The pillows are old, yellowish and smelly. The towels are smelly. The toilet tissue holder is spoiled and they just keep it like that.

Poor housekeeping service.
The helpers are noisy and keep chatting. They never refill items properly. Poor listener (when I asked to clean the hairs in bathroom).

This hotel is not recommended and I won't go back again ever!

Friendly staff and comfortable bed, dirty bed sheet and a bad service experience.
Pros:

Rooms are smaller than they appear on photos, nevertheless it’s alright for just one night.

Cons:

Bedsheets were really dirty, full of (what seemed) old blood/urine stains. Staff was friendly but no one seemed to speak English. In the evening (10pm) the lights in my room wouldn’t turn off anymore. After calling to the reception multiple times after 20 min. and explicitly saying someone has to check it out someone finally came up, pressed the switches a few times and said to get a mechanic. Again, 20 min. later a young men showed up, pressed the switches a few times and disappeared. After more than half an hour I was called they could not fix the issue tonight. My question if I’m supposed to sleep with all the lights on and if I could get a different room was answered with “okay sir, good night” which confirms they had no clue wat I was saying. At this time it’s almost midnight, I had to get up at 4am and was really annoyed. Didn’t bother trying talking to the staff anymore or file a complaint directly. Honestly been such a bad experience that I will not book this accommodation again.
