Pros:

We loved the property and experience. The room was quite charming, and the facilities were very nice. The staff is what truly made our experience stand out. Alessandro from breakfast was beyond amazing, and Giuseppe was very helpful and a total gentleman with our check in process.

Cons:

They use heavy amounts of bleach or clorox when they clean. The scent was very strong, but they immediately addressed the issue. I would recommend if you have any allergies to clorox like me, make sure you let the hotel know in advance. That was the only small thing I would recommend, but I am allergic.
