Amazing attention to detail
The parking was 25% of the room rate and that’s rip off for it to be behind a gate in an open area. They need to rethink this strategy
Lovely friendly hotel with fantastic rooms and facilities - could not fault. Breakfast was particularly good and the addition of a well stocked pantry outside our room was fabulous!
Nothing really
Beautiful room with everything you need and more.
This property is wonderful a great surprise to find such comfort and attention to detail
Nothing not to like
The perfect place to escape London town. We stayed for one night to see what Margate has to offer.
Everything about the hotel adds to the experience from the staff, room decor to the view of the sea whilst you eat breakfast. The hotel had a number of unique offerings that we loved such as the pantry and the record player with the ability to swap the records in your room out for others.
We can't wait to come back and try out the rooftop bar once the warmer weather arrives.
Nothing, we loved it all
Style, comfort, atmosphere.
The mattress was far too soft and sunken
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, little details like record player and pantry
Loved the location - easy to get anywhere; loved the magnificent views from our 2nd floor room, and from the Pearly Cow at breakfast; loved the turntable and LPs, and the generous pantry and refreshments in the room. Felt cossetted and well looked after.
Didn't love the virtually invisible heating controls (the low-level lighting didn't help) - could have done with an illustrated how-to in the welcome pack; didn't love all of breakfast, though the coffee and poached egg were excellent; and just wondered why no tissues or shower cap in the otherwise excellent bathroom.
Lovely, cosy rooms.
Sweet treats/the pantry was a lovely addition.
I booked the restaurant in advance but was informed on the day that it was closed.
Amazing hotel with brilliant staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again
The spa treatments were rather expensive
