Location was great
Loved the property from top to bottom. Zero complaints and I have been living in hotels for over 30 years. A bit pricey but worth every penny

The location, room, and staff were all wonderful! The apartment was well-appointed, light-filled and clean.
I highly recommend Roost Rittenhouse. I had some personal challenges, and the staff at Roost Rittenhouse went above and beyond even though it my challenges had nothing to do with them or the hotel. I am a big fan!
The AC unit in our room stopped working halfway through our stay on an unseasonably warm 80 degree day. We ended up spending an entire afternoon in the room while they addressed the issue, missing out on a day of activities while on vacation. They did move us to another room, but required us to move out of the new room the next day because it was reserved for another booking. We spent a lot of extra time on this vacation moving back and forth between rooms and waiting for the AC to work again so we could be comfortable instead of enjoying our actual trip. Management told us that they would partially refund us for the inconvenience, but I have still not heard from anyone a month later. I have tried to call and leave a message to the assistant manager, and no one has returned my call.
