Staff in the Westlight rooftop bar need to learn some customer service skills, ! Not the attitude you expect from staff

Beautiful Hotel and location

Cons:

Advertised as having rooftop bar , went up there last night for one drink and told no… private party!! We are paying guests of the hotel!

Pros:

Nice property. Restaurants on site. Balcony with good views.

Cons:

Winter spa was kind of disappointing. Everything was fine but nothing stood out as overly great. Not close to the subway.

Lovely, not worth the money. Love the restaurant on the roof.

The view was nice, hotel smell is great.

The curtains did not work with push button, the led light in the bathroom hung on the floor. The light fixtures near the bed did not work.

Best sleep I have had in a while.
Pros:

Was there for a short stay but great location. Not far from restaurants and bars. Next to great clothing stores and not far from the parents 😊. 10/10

The best experience!
Pros:

Our experience at The William Vale could not have been any better. We were offered an early check in as our room was available and they were so helpful and accommodating when the weather wreaked havoc with our plans. Our room was superb with a great bed and nicely appointed bathroom. We used the workout room daily and enjoyed a session in the sauna and hot tub. The coat concierge was invaluable! We will definitely be back.
