The Vibe, the pool and upstairs bar
The building's disrepair, halls were smelly, elevator kept getting stuck and had to go up and down 2X to get to the pool. The Air conditioning in room would only cool to 74, they tried to fix 3X but did not have a room for me to switch to...they did buy my breakfast. I will not be back.
The views are to die for.

The views, bed, balcony, bathroom amenities, and super friendly staff.
I actually really liked the William Vale, loved the pool and the room was clean, the location was great overall a great experience until it wasn’t. There was a leak from the Air Conditioner which left a puddle on the floor which we found out when my husband slipped and fell in the middle of the night when he got up to use bathroom, when we told the front desk in the morning, his response was will send an engineer to the room. That’s great but we were checking out. But for or troubles he didn’t charge us our $33.00 room service.
Location and view
We truly appreciate the efforts of the staff; however, the room cleanliness was not entirely satisfactory. It might be helpful for the housekeeping team to receive further training to maintain a consistently high standard.
The ambience and aesthetic was 10 out of 10 everybody that worked there was super nice accommodating helpful
There was nothing that I didn’t really like about this property definitely worth the money
The location, room and views were amazing. I will defintiely be revisiting The William Vale.
There was not enough communication about the facilities. I did not know you had to book lounges and pay for the day beds, so a bit more understanding of that early on would have been good.
The front counter staff where the worst I’ve experienced and I travel
Every week. I was unsure if they were medicated or what was happening but they were just not aware
Of anything and terribly slow. Like badly.
