Beautiful location
Lack of attention to detail. Not enough towels, only 1 robe and bathroom vanity was chipped and falling apart.
The location was great and the hotel kind of reminded me of a vacation resort. My friend even said it smelled like vacation lol. I loved the room. It was spacious compared to most. The balcony was a nice size with an amazing view. The shower was big and the bed was very comfortable.
My only complaint is that the tv wasn’t working and I called downstairs 3 times with no response. So I left it alone and ended up listening to my Bluetooth speaker instead.
Great location and room was amazing
Expensive, minimal staff and the amenities were mostly closed
Room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. Hotel is in a great location too.
Staff were a little odd in some respects but might just be differences in US-vs-UK interacting.
N/A
Expire protein bar at the food bar in the room
No comp was offered after showing evidence of the expired protein bar besides a refund on the bar also the pool is like 2 feet deep the experience wasn’t that great
Sleek and elegant
Hopefully, the cleaning team be more mindful about the cleaning process during the peak season
The location is great and the room is very comfortable and has a great view
1. Guest gets only 2 hours at the pool during the stay which was kind of unpleasant surprise. I chose this hotel because of the amenities.
2. During our stay one of the elevators was broken and we didn’t got any solution or compensation
3. Every time we got back to the hotel the doorman isn’t very nice until you showed him that you are a guest of the hotel.
The staff is amazing!!!
Elevators sometimes are slow
Good location
Hotel guests had limited time (2 hours only) at the pool on sun loungers which is really disappointing. This is because The William Vale sells the sun loungers to outside guests - meaning hotel guests don’t get priority. To use the sauna is also an extra fee. Everything is an extra fee.
