It was good. I would recommmend to others!
Pros:

The location was nice but the cell service was sketchy. The hotel and hotel room was nice! We enjoyed the easy access to either, and the kindness of the staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was children running down the hallway late at night and early morning.

Adapting when systems are down
Pros:

Though co.puters were down Amanda efficiently switched to old school check-in & got us settled.

Cons:

Using the old school method Amanda kind of lost track that we'd checked in & put someone else in our room. She apologized & and immediately assigned us another room.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Would stay again.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Cons:

The chair at the desk in our room was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Also the bathroom door would not stay closed.

Acceptable. Clean room but very hard mattress.
Pros:

Staff member at the front desk when we checked in was great. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. On the following days, the staff were OK, but not friendly. Breakfast area was clean and basic options were available, but staff seemed to have an issue with guests. She glared at me for saying "Good morning." but she was glaring at everyone.

Cons:

The mattress in our room was VERY hard. Great if you like sleeping on the floor or the equivalent. We woke up repeatedly with our backs hurting. Never again.

I have used this hotel before and I do like the rooms in the past. This stay not.
Pros:

The property was clean in the front desk check in. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The bed was not queen size,the pillows were flat and not comfortable,the pipes in the bathroom were banging so we had to keep the bathroom door closed at night so we could sleep.
