The housekeeping staff was fantastic. The shuttle was a plus, as it assisted us in getting a rental car.

We’re friendly and accommodating.
The property was clean
The reception staff were less than professional.
The quality of the toilet tissue and paper towels was sub- standard.
We were charged $10. Per day for parking. It’s a shared parking lot with stores and restaurants.
The staff here is fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast isn't too exciting, but it's adequate. The Mallard restaurant next door is a great option for lunch or dinner.
I liked the room itself. Staff was great.
Having to use a key to operate the elevator was extra work

Nice location, affordable, great breakfast.
The location was great, especially since we were on a roadtrip. The blizzard hit and it was kinda late. There was a food store across the way and 2 open restaurants near bye. The convenience of the underground parking was a bonus. The employee Alison was amazing, she shared some excellent travel tips. She is extremely friendly and made the check in process smooth with great laughs. Just from how she treated us, we almost stayed another night. However the next stated called our names! Last thing breakfast options were great!

Whoever hired Ashley at the front desk hit the powerball and jackpot of employees! I frequently stay at this hotel when I’m in town for work, and she has been consistently kind, friendly, helpful, in a good mood, and accommodating.
…and that’s just when you walk in the front door! The rest of the hotel is inviting, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Out of all the places I stay when I travel, this is one of my favorites.
Thank you Ashley and the rest of the staff for truly making your hotel my home away from home.
