Breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious! Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Pool area was clean and well-stocked. We LOVE it here! This will be our go-to hotel from now on.
There was no ice bucket in our king suite. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper in our bathroom. We had to go to the front desk to ask for more.
Very clean. Smelled decent in the common areas and lovely in the bedroom.
Woke up at 3am to the garbage truck blasting its beeper and this lasted 30 minutes. Right below my window. As well as upstairs neighbor pretending he/she was an oversized elephant storming through their room. This was disappointing as I was here for surgery.

There's really nothing to complain about. The water pressure wasn't the greatest but it was so clean. It doesn't matter

Room AC didn't work, had to have it fixed. Room was worn, smudges on walls, doors, chipped paint. BED WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! WORST NIGHT SLEEP. LOWEST QUANTITY BED I have ever stayed in a hotel at $200+ a night!! You can hear EVERYTHING outside and above you. So loud. No water pressure in shower.
