This is by far my favorite hotel. We travel a fair amount, and this is just a place to stay man. The rooms are exceptionally clean. Clean seriously, seriously clean. Tell us that is the most important thing
There's really nothing to complain about. The water pressure wasn't the greatest but it was so clean. It doesn't matter

Room AC didn't work, had to have it fixed. Room was worn, smudges on walls, doors, chipped paint. BED WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! WORST NIGHT SLEEP. LOWEST QUANTITY BED I have ever stayed in a hotel at $200+ a night!! You can hear EVERYTHING outside and above you. So loud. No water pressure in shower.
This is a 2 star hotel. Cheaply built and rather dinged up. The atmosphere is odd. There no real main entrance; we circled the block twice before realizing you drive into an (paid) underground garage, find the access door, and use the intercom to get buzzed in. Everything in the hotel and room feels cheap. The soap is very fragrant (not in a good way) and it was a full not queen bed. I avoid those mid range hotel breakfast buffets in general but this one seemed worse than usual.
The hotel is wonderful: quiet, clean, with comfortable rooms. Staff is kind and helpful. But 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason. They make you pay to park your car. There is no parking garage, just a lot. Pay to park my car at your hotel? This is the dumbest corporate decision (I’m guessing?) ever. No one walks to this hotel. So to scrounge a few more shillings, now you have to pay to drive there. Really, really foolish.
Stayed here for business in July 2026. I would not recommend or return. My preferred hotel was overpriced this trip so decided to try the Home 2. This property is tired and dated. Rooms are dirty and not well cared for. Hotel elevators, hallways, and doors are tired. Room lighting and colors feel drab. This hotel has bad vibes. Pick another location. Is you are looking for a dirty room with a kitchen this will work. Bed is fine. But this property leaves nothing to be inspired by.
The housekeeping staff was fantastic. The shuttle was a plus, as it assisted us in getting a rental car.

The quality of the toilet tissue and paper towels was sub- standard.
We were charged $10. Per day for parking. It’s a shared parking lot with stores and restaurants.
The staff here is fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast isn't too exciting, but it's adequate. The Mallard restaurant next door is a great option for lunch or dinner.
I liked the room itself. Staff was great.
Having to use a key to operate the elevator was extra work
