Let’s just say I won’t stay here again!

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly

Cons:

Roach infested room. Roaches crawling on bath towels…Counters, desk area, floors and kitchen area.That was unacceptable and totally disgusting!

Excellent accommodations and staff
Pros:

This is my go to hotel for Tallahassee. Conveniently located but the best part is the staff. Kudos to Richardo and Serena for ensuring that every stay is the very best it can be. I rarely have any issues, but when I do, they are quickly remedied to my satisfaction. Richardo even greets me by name when I arrive for the week. Keep up the good work and I will see you soon.

A must not-do.
Pros:

Our room was not clean. it was dirty. The floor was slick when we entered the door into the kitchen area. The refrigerator was rusty and the finish was off. The bathroom had hairs in the bathtub and on the floor. The matress is completely worn out and the whole bed squeaked. The sofa in the main room is worn out and the mattress on that was absolutely filthy. When we pulled the sofa bed out, there were hair ties and a bottle of lotion. Go elsewhere. This place needs a thorough cleaning and new furniture all around. Housekeeping is severely lacking here.
