Leadership follow up, employee had no critical thinking. Elevators broken ( put a sign) don't tell people to take the stairs. Coffee is broken, go to Dunkin' and get servers of those big coffee containers to have on hand. People like coffee don't make them wait until you can have it ready. Oh and there was a small roach in my room please get the bug man to spray before they have babies.

Never ever will I stay at any Home2 and I travel a lot. I should get a reund for both rooms. Or at least half back. Also

Checked in had 2 rooms. No Soap in shower told they ran out and gave us a small bar. Not acceptable. When we went into our room 416 we had no lights on kitchen area nor by closet. Next day told mgr and she said “did you push Main switch.” Well who would know to do that unless they said to. Also beds are awful . The PRICE was Gauged due to FSU graduation. Insane I paid over 2,000.00 for 2 rooms. That’s gauging not regular pricing. We heard a women highly complain that she couldn’t get any response for her problems and staff laughed at her.

Hotel is WELL worn. Carpet in room was dirty and dingy. Hair in bath tub/shower and on toilet. Floor dirty in bath. Tiles broken in elevator. Staff non responsive.

We had no hot water. Told manager and he was very nice and said he would try to discount some of the cost through booking.com.

Good except for the noise
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Nice to have a sofa too.

Cons:

Extremely noisy when kids ran around and yelled, even several rooms away. Sound seemed to echo. I was on the 4th, top floor and it often sounded like feet running above me.
