Free BEDBUGS With Your Stay

The BEDBUGS in room 328. Some were big. We immediately left after checking every little stitch and corner of everything we had over the tile floor searching for bugs before double bagging clothes. Told the hotel I wanted a refund.
While on the subject of money, they charged me more than what Booking, and the hotel itself, said it would be.
Anyway, back to the bedbugs. I got pics and vid. I can't find a way to put the vid with my review. Only got one in the pic but believe me, there were others. Caught one to put on the bathroom sink counter for pic before washing it down the drain.

We practically just slept there but it was awesome place

beautiful, quiet and nice staff
Pros:

loved it! quiet location

Cons:

the breakfast area was a HOT mess, syrup and waffle mix everywhere ...crumbs and it was not attended to for a long time...and i did not expect a guest to be holding her dog and looking thru the food containers. the dog walking thru or sitting at table is perfectly ok but this ding bat held the dog over the food as she peeped into the eggs and so forth 🤮

The pool

I didn't like the fact that we had spiders and ants in our room.Our bed at a dirty pillow on it.And housekeeping walk in that room before we even checked out without knocking on the door while I was getting dressed and all they offered was some points that I know nothing about could not get in contact with the manager throughout my whole trip. They gave me an email to write the manager after waiting an hour in the lobby for the manager to come. See me and the manager still has not replied to me. And it has been 24 hours since I wrote her I will never recommend this place. I only went to this place because me and my husband wanted to celebrate our honeymoon and his birthday. Which was October 18th. And they supposed to go by this one00% guaranteed to make you happy. That's a fib.
