Comfortable and a good location
Pros:

The breakfast was expansive and everything tasted so good. Waggle a plus! It was in a great location for the things that we wanted to do. The bed was comfy, and the property was clean.

Cons:

The pool was too cold, even for a heated pool. We couldn’t even stand it.

Love it keep pool cleaner and employees can speak and understand English.

Cozy rooms nice location service was good this was the 2nd year staying here and this will be the place we stay every year as long as they stay the way they are now. Granted the floors could have been cleaned a lil better especially behind things cause we noticed that we had ants really bad but I just went and bought some any killer. I don't think the housekeepers really understands what all they are supposed to do cause none of them understands English... Hopefully next year it will be better. We do like this place alot

Tbh only complaint I truly have is trying to speak to the people that work there maintenance housekeeping no one understands English like that is the primary language and no one spoke it or understood it a lot of people don't like that idk if these people are allowed to be here or not none of my business but if they are going to work for this company you need to make sure they speak English this is kinda uncalled for, the owner's need to be a lil bit more on top of their game and not just put anyone to work like I said allowed to be here or not none of my business but make sure your employees can speak English that is our main primary language in the US...

Great place to stay for a night in Louisville

Free BEDBUGS With Your Stay

The BEDBUGS in room 328. Some were big. We immediately left after checking every little stitch and corner of everything we had over the tile floor searching for bugs before double bagging clothes. Told the hotel I wanted a refund.
While on the subject of money, they charged me more than what Booking, and the hotel itself, said it would be.
Anyway, back to the bedbugs. I got pics and vid. I can't find a way to put the vid with my review. Only got one in the pic but believe me, there were others. Caught one to put on the bathroom sink counter for pic before washing it down the drain.
