We expected less from this hotel. Looks like a really good one. Have enough space, looks new, have pool, gym, rest space and so on. Preaty decent breakfast. Room was nice, preaty big and with everything you may need.

Cons:

The bathroom door is more just for the view, not real door to stop the sound, so if someone sleeps, it will be definitely bothered by sound if someone else is taking a bath

The beds were awesome

Cons:

On my last full day, baseball players started arriving early in the day for a big competition for the weekend. Originally, when I arrived I asked for an upper floor away from the elevator. The clerk must have thought it was funny to put me on the first floor in room #102 next to the stairs and side exit/entrance. It wasn’t too bad until Wednesday when the teams arrived, the teenagers took full advantage of those stairs from 2pm until 1am!! I had developed a bad headache in the afternoon and tried to rest but unfortunately they knew nothing about walking down the stairs quietly!! In the evening when I tried to go to sleep it was even worse to the point I met the boys as they came out the asking them to be a little quieter while almost breaking down in tears. I think they thought this was funny because they went out of their way to make it even more noisier. I eventually called the front desk and the girl was apologetic around 11pm but a lot of good that did me but said she would make an announcement?? I know the lobby by the pool table was congested and rowdy from morning until late night. My sons were in lots of sports and did competitions, I would have never allowed them nor myself to act in such a way ie these parents and children did!! Nor do I think the hotels would have allowed it, you should always think of your guests who are not there for competitions as well. They deserve a considerable quiet stay.

I was here to attend the Kentucky Derby, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone else who ever wants to come
Pros:

First and most of the staff was very, very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They provided also a very large meal my first night there which was the weekend of the Kentucky Derby. It was laid out for a guess, and it was delicious, more food than anybody could eat. Also, they were free mint tulips. I thought this was well above and beyond what anyone would expect. Also I was given a free Christmas ornament, celebrating the derby before I left. They had those out on a table for all the guests. Your staff was helpful and answered questions and helped us locate transportation to and from the Derby. All in all a wonderful stay.

The facilities were clean, neat and well cared for. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of food. Everything from eggs to cereal to bagels to fruit.

The location was great. I was there for the Derby and it wasn’t far at all. It was away from the crowds and yet close enough to be accessible.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and if I’m ever in this area again, I will definitely stay here.

Comfortable and a good location
Pros:

The breakfast was expansive and everything tasted so good. Waggle a plus! It was in a great location for the things that we wanted to do. The bed was comfy, and the property was clean.

Cons:

The pool was too cold, even for a heated pool. We couldn’t even stand it.

Love it keep pool cleaner and employees can speak and understand English.

Cozy rooms nice location service was good this was the 2nd year staying here and this will be the place we stay every year as long as they stay the way they are now. Granted the floors could have been cleaned a lil better especially behind things cause we noticed that we had ants really bad but I just went and bought some any killer. I don't think the housekeepers really understands what all they are supposed to do cause none of them understands English... Hopefully next year it will be better. We do like this place alot

Tbh only complaint I truly have is trying to speak to the people that work there maintenance housekeeping no one understands English like that is the primary language and no one spoke it or understood it a lot of people don't like that idk if these people are allowed to be here or not none of my business but if they are going to work for this company you need to make sure they speak English this is kinda uncalled for, the owner's need to be a lil bit more on top of their game and not just put anyone to work like I said allowed to be here or not none of my business but make sure your employees can speak English that is our main primary language in the US...
