l'hotel part lui même reste assez vieillot, la déco et la chambre été sombre il fallait toujours allumer la lumière : pas de fenêtre , celle de la salle de bain ne s'ouvrait pas, heureusement que la clim fonctionnait. Beaucoup de petites choses ne fonctionnaient pas (lampe chevet, porte qui grincé ......) Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très copieux : il n'y avait ni pain ni fruit ni laitage.... et pour avoir la wifi il fallait payer. bref vraiment déçu des prestations et de l'hôtel. Autour de l'hotel il n'y a rien a faire ni a voir

Struttura più somigliante a una colonia che ad un villaggio.
Ascensore inesistente, condizionatori rumorosi, animazione a ridosso delle stanze e musica ad altissimo volume, terrazzino non attrezzato.
Un solo frigorifero condiviso della cui esistenza siamo venute per caso.
Il personale carino e gentile nei limiti delle possibilità.
Abbiamo passato i giorni alla ricerca di spiagge vivibili visto che la spiaggia libera a più di 400 metri dichiarati, è praticamente inesistente.
Insomma una delusione

Struttura un po' datata comunque semplce funzionale. Pulizia nella norma. Spazi ampi e comode piscine. Ristorante non provato e comunque con costi non proporzionato a quelli del soggiorno. Colazione discreta all'italiana. La Pizzeria /ristorante del villaggio invece eccellente con buon rapporto qualità prezzo, personale cordiale e professionale. Servizio in spiaggia a pagamento. WiFi gratuito solo x 10 minuti, dopo a pagamento a consumo.

Our stay was out of season and there were only eight people staying in this hotel including us. We stayed for two nights For a beach hotel this has all that you will need with two pools, one of which is for children, and it looks likely there are activities for children too during high season but everything had finished while we were there from 16th to 18th September.

The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Antonio (Toni) the owner/manager was always available and made sure we had all that we needed for the simple italian-style breakfast of juice, cornflakes, bread, cornetti (italian croissants) fruit, local cake and, of course, coffee or tea. There is a brasserie-style restaurant on site and a fish restaurant nearby, both were used by locals. I am vegetarian which seems to result in eating a lot of pizza (I eat cheese) or pasta with tomato sauce or grilled vegetables.

Our room was simply decorated and equipped with a wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and a table. The bathroom was also simple with a small cabinet, toilet, bidet and powerful shower with surrounding curtain.

In summary, this is a simple resort hotel located ideally located for the beach and access to the local town centre of Frigole and only 20 minutes from Lecce. As with resort hotels anywhere in the world this is designed to accommodate a lot of people at once where our preference if for smaller, family run accommodation but we were comfortable here.

Arrived here to find the hotel locked at 22:30. Eventually raised the manager who showed us direct to our room with no check in procedure. The hotel was technically closed pre season and the pools were empty for repairs. We were the only guests there and I mean THE ONLY. The rooms were very basic but spotless. No English speaking tv channels. Antonio, the manager did his best under the circumstances. Not beach front as advertised. 700 m to the beach. Very quiet area. Would like to experience this hotel when in full swing.
