The whole property needs major renovation and compliance with basic standards
Pros:

Location of the property and view from the pool only .

Cons:

Our room was not meant to be a room for renting . A basement without basic hygiene and air ventilation standards. No window only a small door to the room. No ventilation in the bathroom and the toilet. Umbrellas were ripped off and the outdoor dinning table and sofa dirty and untidy. I would not permit this room to be rented out to anyone . It does not meet basic rules . There was humidity and bad smell . Yes the views are great from the pool area but as a family we wanted to spend quality time with comfort after travelling 1500 km

Cons:

Alcune dotazioni un po' datata che andrebbero rinnovate o migliorare: stendino (essenziale per una casa al mare), tovagliette colazione, porta cartigienica, cuscini e sedie esterne.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse, très accueillante et disponible. L’appartement est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu, confortable et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tout, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la région. Le cadre est tout simplement sublime. Nous recommandons cet hébergement les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
