Ótimo atendimento, excelente limpeza, bom café da manhã, ótima localização de para o rio Reno e parada de transporte público a menos de cem metros direto para a Estação Central de Trem da Basiléia.

Check in/out easy. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful.
The hotel is older-floorboards in our room had rough areas, hot water shower control didn’t work well, couldn’t switch between showerheads. Body lotion, liquid body/hand soap provided, but no shampoo. Towels are very thin. There is construction,with a crane, outside window but that was ok. City nice to explore & the Basel City card from hotel provides free public transport

Værelse, service og morgenmad rigtig fin. Udendørsareal knap så charmerende, men beliggenheden er perfekt.

We arrived on a Sunday, please bear in mind the kitchens closes early on a Sunday. We got so busy that we didn’t notice it was close to 9pm and we missed out on dining. The only criticism that I have is the pillows. We only got one each and was lacking volume. The staff were so nice & friendly. Breakfast was included and it satisfied our hunger. We love the location. Thank you.

The hotel was in an excellent spot overlooking the Rhine, and the restaurant downstairs was lovely.
Our room was also great, situated in great city.

Le camere con vista sul fiume hanno un’ottima visuale che permette di scattare bellissime foto. Il letto della singola era molto confortevole e il bagno spazioso, moderno e pulito.
Consiglierei solo l’installazione di aria condizionata per praticità, ma il grande ventilatore in dotazione era comunque sufficiente ad arieggiare.

Only ate here. Had a great meal. Service was quick despite it being busy. It was teeming it down with rain but we ate under cover outside with a view if the river. Food was lovely and nice beer too.
Basel is expensive so eating out is not cheap, so be prepared to pay upwards of about £26 for a burger...
This is well worth a visit to eat. Toilets immaculate too!

Bra läge, överlag bra hotell, good value for the money, dock väldigt obekväma sängar (mycket hårda)

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, facile da raggiungere e ben servita, oltre che i trasporti efficienti e sempre in perfetto orario, sono presenti supermercati e negozi.
Lungo il fiume vi sono vari locali, affollati durante il tramonto.
La struttura è molto carina, stanza spaziosa e luminosa. In struttura vi erano inoltre varie persone che parlavano italiano e la colazione insulsa era buona.
Lo staff è molto cordiale ed efficiente.

Place was fantastic and staff very accommodating; however, the room did not have AC and it was unbearable how hot the room got overnight

When we arrived the area was not well lit.

One night we were locked out and had to go into a bar and ask for help getting in. They were helpful to get us into our room.

Brilliant location by the river with food options onsite, and nearby transport options. Lots of character a little noisy at night due to being above bars on riverside. Must be one of the best places to stay in Basel.

Das sehr individuelle, charmante Hotel ist wunderbar in der Altstadt und direkt am Rhein gelegen, und vom badischen Bahnhof direkt mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. Da mir bei Ankunft gleich die Baselcard überreicht wurde, konnte ich mit Straßenbahnen und Bussen alle Ziele in der Stadt erreichen, ohne mich um Tickets und Tarifringe kümmern zu müssen. Zwar gingen die Fenster meines Zimmers auf einen Innenhof, das wusste ich aber bei der Buchung und wurde durch die gelungene Gestaltung und den Topzustand des Zimmers voll aufgewogen.

Personal ist super freundlich und höflich, auch sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zentral, daher freitag abends ist etwas laut.
Charmante Altbau, daher der Boden quietscht auch sehr unangenehm, ich habe mich so gefürchtet, ich störe die Gäste unten.
