Pros:

Très déçu, je ne ne suis pas précipité au matin pour le déjeuner. J'ai quitté les lieux très tôt.

Cons:

La carte de la chambre attribuée HS ,descendre plusieurs fois a la réception avec mes bagages.
2eme chambre lit trop petit 1 place , 3eme chambre on m'informe qu'on me ramène la clé dans l'après midi ,sans aucune présence a 21hoo j'ai du appelé la réception pour récupérer cette clé, je devais me restaurer a l'hôtel. Lorsqu'un agent de l'accueil arrive avec la clé, je lui informe également que la fenêtre ne se ferme pas.
Au matin en rendant la clé, on m'informe que je dois payer ma chambre ce qui avait déjà été fait au préalable sur booking, il a adresséun message sur son téléphoneprobablementa son responsable, et jai quitté lhotel . Bref une catastrophe. Je suis client de cet établissement depuis un moment mais..Le service a bien changé visiblement..

Rien à redire ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, le fait qu'il y ait un restaurant est très intéressant surtout quand on est en déplacement pro comme moi. Il y a également une salle de sport et les piscines sont superbes même si je n'ai pas eu le temps d'en profiter.

Pros:

Très bon séjour au Mercure Cayenne Royal Amazonia. L’hôtel est moderne, bien entretenu et idéalement situé. Les chambres sont confortables et propres, avec une literie de qualité. Le personnel est professionnel, souriant et attentif aux besoins des clients. La piscine et les espaces communs sont agréables pour se détendre, et le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix. Une adresse que je recommande aussi bien pour un voyage professionnel que pour des vacances.
