Le hall, la piscine, la chambre sauf

Cons:

Une plaque du faux plafond du couloir de la chambre bien pourri qui s'écroule vers deux heures du matin !!
A la réception, pas un mot de regrets.Le personnel ne dit.mot. La direction pas vue.
Sur un plan général, hôtel qui n'a pas bien vieilli. Il est temps de rénover !!!

Confort et gentillesse au rendez-vous
Pros:

Le personnel est toujours aimable et attentionné (aussi bien à la Réception qu'au restaurant Brasserie Royale).
Il fait tout son possible pour satisfaire le client et compenser les problèmes logistiques qui arrivent parfois.
Les chambres "basiques" sont confortables, et celles qui sont de "niveau supérieur" (avec petit salon) sont encore plus agréables.
La télévision est présente non seulement dans la partie salon mais aussi dans la chambre.
La table à repasser, en plus du fer à repasser, est appréciable.

Cons:

Places de parking totalement insuffisantes pour les clients de l'hôtel, dès qu'un évènement s'y déroule (soirée avec plus de 150 personnes attendues, par exemple).

Je voulais un peu de repos et profiter d’un moment agréable. Je suis repartie fatiguée et déçue.

l’établissement ne privilégie pas les places de parking pour les personnes qui y séjournent lors d’événements privés au sein de l’hôtel.
Un espace à l’extérieur est proposé sans éclairage.
Le bruit jusqu’à 1 heure du matin .
