Amazing stay

Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. At night, we found out our toilet couldn’t flushed properly and called to the front desk for help. All they could do was guide you on how to fix it through phone instead of sending someone in to help. Was charged a fee for extra towel requested. This was my first encounter after experiencing on staying different hotels previously. In addition to that, Could hear pub music at night next to our room and the music played through the hallway at morning in our room. Not worth the price for such services.

Stayed in Deluxe Queen Room

Comfortable bed, clean room. A hairdryer is available but not strong enough.

The only downside is you will not be able to sleep early here due to the singing from outside nearby pubs, bars, karaoke places until 2:30 am.

Especially noisy on Friday nights. Saturday night was ok, noise level only until 1:30 am.

If you are a family with kids, this is not a recommended place.

Since I am a solo traveller and I don't sleep that early, so this hotel fit my budget and my condition for a good stay.

There was pervasive smell of mould in our room and it was not possible to get rid of it by using AC. The room was small and a bit gloomy (located on ground floor and somewhat dark) but reasonably clean. The bathroom was OK.

Location is very Great, there are many shop around, only a bit noisy at night because there have a pub beside the hotel, room is comfartable and clean.

The staff are friendly and my room was clean but very small.

Abit noisy during night time due to karaoke, the rest is fine.

I stayed here with my family, the place is not bad. Rooms are actually smaller than they are pictured on the net. Staffs aren't so welcoming, that was unfortunate.

The place could get a bit noisy as its located around the "bar" area. For muslims, you can find a few halal eating places within the perimeter.

I was unlucky, ladies and gents. At 0146, I was awakened by the sound of an unfortunate lady that got cheated on by her boyfriend. The quarrel went on for another hour, could hear her loud and clear from our room on the first floor.

If you're on a budget, I'd recommend this place. Almost everything is within a walking distance. You can also use Grab around Labuan (highly recommended), taxi will cost you a lot more.

Room was very basic, just a bed and little hanging space, one chair and desk,no shower screen, had to ask for a second towel,as there was two of us. However the bed was comfortable, had to go out for all meals. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Overall consider nice only is there no lift need to walk up to 2nd floor
