Beautiful stay in Hoi An
Pros:

This is a beautiful property with stunning gardens and pool. The room was spacious and very clean. It is about 30 minutes walk or 5 minute grab to the old town, but very close to the rice paddies which we loved cycling around.

Excellent value!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at this beautiful hotel, which looks even nicer than the photos. The entire property is a very well cared for garden: an oasis! Our room was clean. Wifi, water pressure, hot water and air conditioning all worked perfectly and we slept very comfortably. The pool was nice and we swam in it daily. The breakfasts sold at the on-site restaurant were sufficient, too. We also used the laundry service and found it to be well priced and satisfactory. The staff took excellent care of us, even booking us a vehicle to get us to Hoi An from Da Nang and a tour to Cham Island. Everything was great and we would happily return.

Cons:

My only complaint is that before our arrival they must have left windows/door open in our room, to let it breath, because upon arrival we spent the first hour killing approximately 30 large mosquitoes (not exaggerating, it was SO many of them) inside of our room. It wasn't the best start to our stay but after that we didn't have any problems with mosquitos or any other bugs. It was an isolated incident.

A peaceful oasis to come and enough Old Town on a bike or a short walk. Relax by the pool, or venture out for excursions
Pros:

This is my second return to the Villas and I couldn’t recommend it more! A peaceful oasis’s that have all the amenities needed from breakfast, laundry, pool, bikes for transport, the most kind and accommodating staff and tranquil views from each patio or balcony.

Cons:

Some bugs are unavoidable but I think some added attention to cracks in the doors might help keep out critters (ants or water bugs, mosquitoes)- minimal. Overhead lighting could be less harsh and help warm up the comforts of the room.

A week in paradise.
Pros:

This bed and breakfast is in the flourishing garden! We loved everything: delicious breakfast, daily housekeeping in the room, and all staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive. The quiet room with dark curtance on the door (no windows in our room) provided a peaceful rest.
The pool was a nice addition for the hot days.
Although the location is not in the old part of the town, it is a 15-20min pleasant walk along the river or throw the town with cafes and shops.
We are planning to stay there next time. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Prijs, kamer zelf.

Cons:

Zwembad waz erg slimy, kamer had geen raam, alles erg op elkaar gepakt, geen Engels sprekende receptie. Schoonmaak belachelijk vroeg en altijd gedoe met spullen en handdoeken. Driver geboekt door hotel was verschrikkelijk.

Pros:

Top ligging (heel dichtbij het centrum maar toch rustig). Hele leuke tuin, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hele fijne, ruime en schone kamer.

Cons:

De kamer rook een beetje muf en het doucheputje was erg verstopt. De zwembadvloer voelde heel glad dus werd denk ik niet heel goed schoongemaakt. En het water was heel warm, niet erg verkoelend haha.

Angenehmes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Großes Zimmer in schöner und sehr ruhiger Wohnanlage. Die gesamte Anlage ist ansprechend gestaltet, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und trotz der etwas abgelegenen Lage war Hoi An und der Stand gut mit den kostenlosen Leihfahrrädern gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Armaturen in der Dusche waren defekt und funktionierten recht unzuverlässig.

Pretty Accomodation
Pros:

The property was really pretty and had lots of plants around which is nice. The staff is really friendly. The room was really clean and we had a nice view of the pool. We also got a complimentary drink on arrival.

Cons:

There was an iguana in what I assume was an attic above us. It used to run around at night and wake us up. This ISNT the fault of the accommodation but maybe close off the access to that attic from the outside. Also the pool could use a little clean. Was fine to swim in but floor was a bit slimy.
