Staff eccezionale.
Pros:

La cortesia del personale alla reception. Mi hanno aiutato a fare degli acquisti di cui avevo bisogno, prelevare denaro e prenotare il taxi.. hanno soddisfatto a pieno ogni mia richiesta con estrema gentilezza, facendomi sentire importante..

Ottima esperienza , personale efficiente e premuroso
Pros:

avendo utilizzato un appartamento con cucina non abbiamo usufruito di pasti , ottima piscina , molto comodo all'aereoporto , il personale tutto molto gentile , professionale e attento a tutte le esigenze .

Cons:

l'arredamento delle camere si potrebbe rinnovare e migliorare , così come il wifi che durante il nostro soggiorno era instabile e poco veloce

Personale gentile accogliente e la palestra modesta ma funzionale.

Cons:

La posizione un po scomoda, per me i luoghi più belli partono da Muscat in giù, perciò per raggiungerli devi fare molta più strada e se ti va male subire il traffico.
Mentre l'Aeroporto è vicino.

I’m sorry to say that I didn’t like it at all.
The staff are very kind (including the driver for the airport transfer), but the level of organization is extremely poor. I waited an hour and a half at the airport because of incorrect information they gave me a few days earlier.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, and the breakfast is very disappointing. In my opinion, it deserves no more than a 2-star rating.

What a friendly staff!!!!
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big and well equipped. But what made our stay so exceptional was the friendliness and the helpfulness of the receptionists, especially Lindo. We were stranded in Muscat because of the political crisis nearby and the receptionist spent hours to help us contact airline companies, solve technical problems, answer our questions and make us feel at home. Thank you so much!

Pros:

Nous avons bénéficié d'un grand appartement pour 3 personnes et diné au restaurant de l’hôtel .
L'hôtel est ancien et très omanais dans l'ambiance ce qui lui confère un certain charme. Petit café pour prendre le petit déjeuner juste à côté
Le repas indien était très bon et abordable et le restaurateur très gentil. L'hôtel situé à Seeb est à plus de 20mn de l'embarcadère pour les iles Damanyat. Le matin en semaine, beaucoup d'embouteillage dans le sens Seeb-Mascate et en partant à 7h15, nous avons failli raté le bateau qui partait à 8h.

Cons:

L'eau de la douche est restée assez froide. Pour les iles Damanyat, choisir un hôtel de Seeb plus proche ou le trajet Mascate-Seeb plus fluide

Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Frühstück war auch überraschend gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, wir haben jedes Wort unseres Nachbarn gehört. Das Bett war etwas unbequem und das Kopfkissen hatte Flecken. Es hat einen unangenehmen Geruch im ganzen Hotel gegeben, besonders im Badezimmer hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen.

A very clean and well-managed hotel with professional staff.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was done on time and everything felt organized and comfortable. The internet connection was stable and worked well throughout my stay.

I initially had a small issue with the hot water system, but later realized that I simply needed to turn on a specific switch. After that, everything worked perfectly.

I would especially like to thank Ms. Fatemeh, who was extremely responsible, professional, and attentive. She truly made a positive difference in the experience and deserves special appreciation

Pros:

Comodo alla zona di seeb e alla vicinanza con aeroporto. Camere ampie

Cons:

Struttura decisamente datata (sembra un albergo in fase di smantellamento) che necessita di una rivisitazione. Abbiamo soggiornato qui quattro notti (colazione inclusa nel prezzo) e solo una mattina era a buffet.
