Pros:

Central location. Proximity to subway

Cons:

Check-in and check-out times are too rigid. And there is no place to sit and wait while we are waiting for a taxi or to kill some time if our flight or train leaves some time after your 10am check out time

Cons:

Staff was very rigid about check in time. We arrived early in the morning, and we were hoping to check in a bit earlier (just 30mins) so we could clean up and go out. But they kept insisting that check in time was 3pm and we had to pay if we wanted to check in earlier

On my way to Tokyo Disney
Pros:

The staff was completely helpful and polite. The room was clean and the property is well maintained. It is also close so to a lot of dining options.

Cons:

This property has a central heating unit. I probably didn't understand it if was listed that way. You can open the window for cool air, but there is a lot of noise in this part of town. The staff did offer a cooling unit, which helped a little. I would choose a different property next time, but only because of the heating / cooling issues.

また、泊まりたい！ありがとう。
Pros:

駅から近い。駅近にしては、料金が安い！
駅の出口から、ホテルがわからず、電話したら、わざわざ迎えに来てくれ、助かりました。

Cons:

シングルに泊まったんですが、もう少し部屋が広ければ良い。
だけど満足してますよ！

Pros:

La localisation est parfaite, à 5 minutes à pied du métro, toutes les commodités à proximité. Le personnel est adorable, chambre petite ce qui est normal au Japon mais tout est très bien équipé et confortable

駅近便利
Pros:

駅近で、とても便利。
当日と翌日の朝に快く荷物を預かってくれました。

Cons:

外は極寒なのに、部屋は暑く暖房温度を1番低く設定しても暑かったので、運転切り替えをしようとしても、暖房しか使えず、フロントへ確認したら一括管理をしているようで、送風機を貸してくれました。部屋が乾燥しているので　朝起きたら目も喉もショボショボ、カラカラでした。
