Important information:

Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in the guestrooms. Guests smoking in the rooms will be charged a penalty fee of THB 2000 per room.

Guests are kindly requested to provide their arrival details upon making a reservation or at least 24 hours prior to arrival. For any late arrivals, please inform the hotel in advance using the contact information found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. The credit card along with a valid photo identification must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. In cases where the credit card name does not correspond to the guest's name on the confirmation, the hotel will collect cash payment from that guest upon arrival.

Upon checking-in, guests are required to present their passports and settle a refundable deposit of THB 1000 for the room keys and mini-bar. The deposit must be paid in cash directly to the hotel.

فندق نظيف جداً ويجمع بين العزاب والعوائل وموقعه جداً ممتاز وقريب على سوبرماركت 7/11 والمطاعم العربية ومحلات تغيير العملات ولكن أحذروا من السوق الواقعة في شارع منطقة العرب أسعارهم مرتفعة جداً وبإمكانكم من إنهاء مشترواتكم من السوق الصيني المسمى سامبينغ ارخص بكثير جداً من المجمعات التجارية المعروفة والمشهورة ومن العرب الذين يشهرون بالمجمعات عن طريق اليوتيوب واحذروا MBK غالي جداً جداً ومركز بلاتينيوم اكثر المحلات ملابس نسائية ويعتبر اسعارة مقبولة لدى العوائل
