Pros:

Hotel and room was perfect ans staff are lovely and whem we complained about a noisy room 312 they sorted it out

Cons:

The reason i gave 9 for stay was because 312 were having a domestic for hours in there room was so loud

Disappointed with jacuzzi/bath
Pros:

we were very pleased. The room was beautiful and offered a fantastic view of Liverpool. We had come straight from work and were booked for our evening meal at 7pm, which unfortunately didn’t leave us enough time to run a bath as we felt it would take too long to fill. Instead, we chose to have a shower, which was very enjoyable.

Cons:

The morning we were due to go we went for breakfast early and then decided to make the most of the jacuzzi bath. We ran the bath and, once inside, switched on the pumps to enjoy the full jacuzzi experience. However, as soon as the jets were activated, numerous small black particles began coming out into the water. We immediately had to get out of the bath as we were unsure what the debris was, this understandably disrupted what was meant to be a special and relaxing end to our anniversary stay, and it unfortunately spoiled our morning.
We wanted to bring this to your attention and would appreciate your response regarding the matter.

Pros:

It’s a very nice hotel and it is near everything in Liverpool. The staff are so nice and welcome and at times they can’t do enough for you. I recommend to stay here if you visit Liverpool.

For a highly respected hotel we weren’t very impressed
Pros:

The location was ideal. We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and had no issues.

Cons:

The double bed was two single beds together one side was nice but the other side was very uncomfortable, the bath was dirty and the plug was broken so I went to reception and one of the staff came up and ended up using a table knife to pop it out and said to do that to drain the bath, the toilet flush handle had to be pushed 180° for the toilet to flush, the sofa bed in the room was very low and looked very used.
