Birthday stay disappointment.
Pros:

Reception decor lovely. Bed comfortable, . Jacuzzi bath nice.

Cons:

No plug or USB sockets near the bed only ONE SOCKET in the whole room far from the bed...Bathroom window screwed shut, TV not working staff came up twice to try to sort it, wardrobe rickety & chipped, floor not mopped, bathroom door handle almost hanging off, pillows hard & flat, kettle in wardrobe but had to plug it in on the floor at the only socket, NO COLD WATER in the bath taps it's hot only....just wrong from start to finish. Staff were not bothered about the inconvenience either....birthday treat waste of money. Receptionist uptight without a smile or welcoming manner.

Over priced

Wall paper coming off dints in wall and have to leave 100 pound deposit on arrival which was returned.

Terrible
Pros:

The room was minty! We stayed for my mums hen do ok a Thursday we booked in advanced we asked could we have the pink room they said they didn’t know till on the day witch I don’t understand we got there and got put in a navy blue room witch was clearly outdated with minty skirten boards the floor was a disgrace everything was ruined in there we had paid someone to come and do a balloon set up in the room so we couldn’t even ask to be moved

Cons:

Everything breakfast was cold and was £17.50 per person after we had already paid nearly £300 for a room on a Thursday night & staff had bad attitudes also made up pay £250 deposit witch actually come out your bank and can take a few days to return

Pros:

The room wasn't very clean and not much works in there .. speakers broke jacuzzi bath broke .. falling bath panels .. the noise in the night coming from other rooms was a lot for the price there is much better hotels in Liverpool
