Lovely stay lovely location. Just expensive which I don’t mind but room not the standard I expected for price.
Pros:

Check in easy. All staff all over the hotel lovely and helpful. The young ladies on check in desk especially.

Cons:

I like it all but I do think for the price the room we were in needed some attention and I booked a themed room it was nice but just not worth the money. Looked tired and old. It was a pink room

Great time at the Shankley
Pros:

Great hotel, huge room and really comfy beds. The kids loved the jacuzzi! Really good breakfast too.

Cons:

Could have done with some more yoghurt at breakfast!

Pros:

Beautiful decorated room, extremely comfy bed.

Cons:

Would have expected water and fridge in room considering the cost. TV remote was tempermental.

Great stay, great location, great breakfast with very helpful staff
Pros:

Very spacious room with comfy beds and Jacuzzi bath. Hotel is in the centre of town so ideal for exploring the city. The breakfast was extensive and of good quality and the staff in the restaurant were very polite friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Little more attention to detail - room had a slightly damaged sink and different colour lights - (There are only 3 colours warm white3000K, cool white4000k and daylight6000k ------ warm white in the bedroom, cool white in bathroom simples

more toiletry cuboard space in the bathroom needed and some sort of coffee table for the tea& coffee making facility

Massive rooms, great location, clean, welcoming
Pros:

Very close to Liverpool Lime Street. Went for the football and was only 10 mins by taxi to the stadium. Lobby area is lovely and rooms are massive.

Cons:

Tv signal didn’t work in my room but I didn’t really watch tv anyway but just something to note in case you enjoy watching tv in a hotel
