Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location. Near the station, shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was really big and very comfortable.

No sleep due to noise from other guests and flooring creaking all night

The noise from rooms around us 6 hours threw the night, none stop banging and walking up and down laminated flooring was terrible, ppl walking and slamming doors all night, I made a video of room above constant banging thudding on floor we never slept at all, I made a complaint in morning,

Didnt like anything about the place it stunk people are allowed to smoke cannabis in the building couldn't stop caughing they added breakfast and parking on to my booking eith out asking i dont even drive either took a lot of money out of my account the place had very disrespectful staff id most definitely never stay here ever again!

Was amazing.
Pros:

Location was amazing very central and walking distance from everything, staff were really nice and helpful for everything, noise levels were kept to a minimum, room had everything.

Cons:

Honestly everything was good apart from the jets in our bath not working but thats a very minor issue.

They made a special birthday very special and would tell people not to read too much into negative reviews, I did worry
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the atmosphere and especially the staff, don’t think I’ve been to a hotel in a long time where the staff were so nice and so helpful

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, I think as long as they keep maintaining and don’t let it get run down
