Reasonable. Only there for one night. Wouldn’t stay again if staying for longer period.
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Could here outside traffic on night.
Mirror was to high in bathroom that no one could actually see through.
The drawer in bathroom cabinet was cut in half and was just more for show.

Location, been before very easy and staff always friendly

Cons:

We needed a room the shankly had one room available, which was a suite, a little more expensive than I’d anticipated on paying for a one night stay in Liverpool I was very happy the first time we stayed. We got the bridal suites which was lovely, but a little rough around the edges. No fridge, no wine or champagne glasses (which you would expect to be standard in a bridal suite) however I’m sure they would’ve brought a glass up for me had I’ve asked. So I’m not really a complaint! However, myself and two 12-year-old girls were made up. Thanks again.

Pros:

Big clean rooms with everything you need,.Im the city centre so surrounded by pubs and restaurants which is good too. Hotel is decorated nice but it could do with a few touch ups in comunal areas.
Other then that a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The staff at check in were efficient and friendly. The bar man was very friendly as were the breakfast staff. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The room smelt mouldy.

Family treat
Pros:

Comfy beds and good location.

Cons:

Check in poor.
Needed photo I d to check in. Which i didn't have luckily my daughter did otherwise we wouldn't have been able to check in. If I had know this I would have brought some.
Will go back to the dixie dean next time as better experience.

Exciting and fancy, it made us feel special.
Pros:

The room was great. So much space and felt so cosy.
I loved the giant jacuzzi bath it was so spacious.

Cons:

Some things were getting grubby like the floor was rubbing away. The taps didn't really have cold in the bath so we enjoyed a waterfall/ rain which was awesome actually!!

Good location. Disappointed with facilities

Location ideal. Rooms spacious

Cons:

We booked a themed room with spa bath. Unfortunately the spa bath didn’t work which is a disappointment after booking that type of room.
