Pros:

Beautiful hotel excellent location wonderful restaurant staff and breakfast

Cons:

Only one member of staff on lobby desk stood a long time waiting at both times at the desk because one member of staff dealing with big groups with different cards for different things so stood over 10mins each time if other people are waiting another member of staff should be able to step in

Staff and room was pretty, style of the hotel is beauty and location

Cons:

Bathroom was not cleaned properly between customers, after our stay, my parter contracted a fungal foot infection which can only be transmitted through shower surfaces/ swimming baths used by other people with the fungal infection, we haven’t been anywhere else to be able to contract the infection, meaning the showers between uses of the room was not properly disinfected and cleaned
