Pros:

Amazing hotel. Very quirky and the decor is fab

Cons:

The room is climate controlled not air conditioned which meant it was still really warm which on a hot day isn’t ideal

Hotel decor is beautiful. The room was spacious and very accommodating very 8 ladies on a city break. Location was very central to everything.

Lovely venue and great for an LFC supporter
Pros:

Spacious, clean, nice bath, and useful fridge

Cons:

The Air con didn't work so the room was hot and the windo couldn't open sufficiently to cool the room.

Could cope with it for 1 night but wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer
Pros:

Good location for theatre and shopping

Cons:

We were placed in room 110. It overlooks the road junction so very noisy with people and traffic. It was too far a walk from the lifts to the room through so many doors with cases and travelling with someone over 60 with health issues. The beds weren't comfortable. The curtains were difficult to close. Some didn't close fully there were many windows in the bedroom and they needed to be easier close as lots of street lights and for privacy. The decor is a worn and needs refreshing

Excellent Hotel and Staff
Pros:

Hotel is Beautiful, we stayed in a themed room and it was amazing from all the furnishings to the double jacuzzi bath. The roof top bar is a perfect place to enjoy a few drinks when the weather is nice. We stayed for 2 nights and we didnt want to leave. All the staff were so welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. We had breakfast on the 1st morning and it was lovely, all good quality produce and the staff at breakfast couldnt do enough for us, making sure we had enough of everything. Looking forward to coming back again.

Had a great stay really helped with the communication from James before our stay and Daisy during our visit.

Great location, perfect for our occasion. Loved the room as well as the other public areas.

Friendly and quirky hotel
Pros:

The staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming and very good local knowledge, breakfast was very good quality and again staff went above and beyond
