Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel au milieu de tout !
Le personnel du petit déjeuner était exceptionnel ils ont été le point fort de notre séjour ! Merci à elles 🫶🏻

Cons:

La clim na pas fonctionné donc pas de chauffage pour 2 nuits, seulement un petit chauffage d'appoint.

Loved my trips to Liverpool,,,and the location and breakfast swings it for me if I go back to Liverpool I’d use this hot
Pros:

Pretty central,car parking ,Breakfast buffet was Brilliat 😊…Nice looking,clean hotel,friendly staff,Rooms quiet from noise.stayed 2 nights at this hotel through the week as down for couple gigs … preferred the midweek room.

Cons:

Stayed 2 diff nights,I paid about £60 less for midweek with much larger room than the room I got for sat night paid more for smaller room and more for a disabled person … with walk in shower etc … but was nice clean etc … I dare say if I asked for another room I piss got it.

Lovely hotel shame about customer service
Pros:

Great theming and we got the room we wanted. The location was good and easy to get to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Parking n isn’t signed so was hard to find that. My day g her left something in the room and I told staff on 3x occasions they said it wasn’t there which it was and no further help x

The break we needed
Pros:

Absolutely everything. I loved that everywhere I looked there was character and art. The staff were the kindest and I’ve never stayed in a room so beautiful

average hotel for the price, would choose to not stay again given preference
Pros:

Good location, friendly reception team, nice spacious room.
able to store case on check out day

Cons:

toilet handle was broken, had to fix it ourselves to be able to flush the toilet.
air con was poor.
struggled to fill the kettle from the tap in sink, had to put kettle on its side and then the water wouldn't go in it!
could not get a drink in rec bar, sent up to the roof ?
drinks on terrace bar were warm
