Great location, just over an hour away from many attractions such as: Lake district, Southport, The Pennines, Chester and MU stadium.
Very budget friendly price - worth overlooking most of the downsides.
Room was clean.
The bunk bed was wobbly, the bottom bed had a broken slatted base, the furniture was worn out, the curtain rod was broken. A better janitor could have fixed a lot of things.
The property had parking available which was very convenient.

One of the glass doors were smashed when we got there. Someone else trying to find the entrance like us. Room 104, Double bed was shockingly uncomfortable (like sleeping on the floor) we had the worst nights sleep ever, bunk bed squeaked every time the kids rolled over like it was going to collapse at any moment, absolutly stunk of mould as soon as we entered, spiders everywhere, couldn't use the wardrobe as the TV was that close on opposite wall but also the wardrobe looked like it was going to fall apart as it was leaning off the wall towards the telly, curtain rail was hanging off the wall too.
A localização foi sem dúvida um aspeto positivo. Perto do centro da cidade. Staff sempre pronto a ajudar. Top.
Near rail station and venue for wedding going to
We waited ages for someone to answer the door only got in as other guests coming out. Drum & bass being played all night had 1 hour sleep 🛌
Location
Staff not on hand, contactable via mobile.
Didn't feel safe in the property.
Asked for a triple room was given a family room with a bunk bed that has seen better days and felt unsafe to use, only used the bottom bunk, every movement was a prayer.
Bedding felt damp.
Curtain rail was hanging off the wall at one end.
Two cups for 3 guests, no spoon, and I could go on...

I like nothing about this place. It was a terrible and traumatising experience
I like nothing about this place. It was a terrible and traumatising experience
I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel is only around 10 minutes away from the city centre by car, while the area itself is quiet and peaceful. Tesco, Lidl, and Aldi are all just 3–4 minutes away, which made everything very convenient.
The stay was relaxing, the hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were also incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming.
Another great advantage is that free parking is included with your booking, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Manchester.
The only downside was that there wasn't a wardrobe or a space to hang clothes in the room, as there were only drawers available.
staff friendly
good location
shower was broken
stains on walls
very dusty
rock solid bed
The location
No refrigerator, the floor is very dirty
It was cheap and the staff member was helpful
I requested a different room as the room allocated downstairs had clearly been broken into relatively recently. Glass was still on the ground outside and the window lock was broken so not able to be secured effectively and window shielded from view
Re-allocated room on 2nd floor, carpet and toilet were dirty, and the bathroom in poor state of decoration though usable.
Generally not pleasant for location.
Smashed glass in emergency exit door to street
Busy main road on emergency service blues and twos route
Demolition of large building opposite started at 6 00 in the morning with cranes and crushers etc
No hangers in wardrobe
Towels were stained
Friendly staff
All good
