A lovely spot in Bloomsbury with wonderful staff

Hot. No air-conditioning. Never again.

There was no air-conditoning. I was only able to sleep about 3 hours. I asked for a refund and they only agreed to part of the second night (I’m still yet to receive the refund). Awful.

Un peu décevant pour le prix payé
Pros:

Belle chambre

Cons:

Il y a pas d ascenceur et ceci a été problématique pour transporter nos valises.
Il n y a de climatisation dans la chambre ce qui est un peu décevant pour le prix paye (300pounds par nuit)

Pros:

Good location; nice garden. The staff are absolutely lovely and did everything they could to help

Cons:

No lifts; I have a heart condition so this was a big problem. Also the room had no aircon and whilst they provided a fan I got literally zero sleep; the room was dangerously hot.

Struttura molto carina in una posizione comoda ma da scegliere solo nella stagione fredda.
Pros:

struttura nel complesso bella, pulizia adeguata, camere piccole ma ben organizzate.

Cons:

non c'è l'aria condizionata e le camere singole sono tutte all ultimo piano con effetto mansarda. Danno in dotazione un ventilatore che ti fa sopravvivere in qualche modo di notte ma di giorno è impossibile stare in camera a meno che nn si sia sotto la doccia
