So good we have made this hotel one of our regular cross country travel stops.
Pros:

The staff was especially wonderful! Breakfast also top tier.

Cons:

We arrived late at night and there were no cookies. My kids were disappointed.

Was a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Daughter loved the apple juice and bagels, I loved the sausage, cinnamon roll and yogurt. I loved being able to make hot cocoa to warm me up.

Cons:

Wished there had been some real butter for the bagels. Missed bacon (but sausage was good). Tried a banana nut bread muffin and it was a little dry so didn't finish it.
