We were surprised that the quality of our stay was not the same as our previous stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff; location good for us. We’ve stayed here before.

Cons:

The pull out sleeper mattress was “unsleepable”.
Time for replacement. Beds were uncomfortable to all three adults, not like our previous stay here.
Also , at the pricing, a continental breakfast would be nice / expected.
We booked thru Booking.com and contacted them about our concerns and they cancelled our reservations for March 24-26, 2026 only. They stated that our refund would be given in 15 days back on our M/C ending in 7015.

Generally speaking, the hotel is clean and well kept however in our room, the couch seat was stained The breakfast was not very good. The eggs were robbery. The French toast was tough. They seem to only have one person making the breakfast and doing housekeeping throughout the hotel.

Perfect for a long stay
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here. The king size suite was perfect for a week-long stay and had everything I needed.
The air-conditioned room was fully adjustable and the ceiling fan meant I could control the room’s temperature at all times.
The room was clean and well-maintained, including a modern shower, lounge area, microwave, coffee machine and sink, safe, and plenty of space and drawers to unpack. I was able to make myself at home.
I used the pool a few times, perfect for a quiet morning swim. It is a little on the cold side so ideal for swimming not socialising!
The only negative for me was one of the reception staff was on her phone constantly, raising her voice in anger, and not attentive or friendly to guests. This made coming back to the hotel uncomfortable if this particular staff member was on shift.

Pros:

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Trophy Club in May. Was so impressed I wrote a review, then I booked more work in the region so knew where to stay.
Everything still feels fresh. Clean, quiet and specious room. Work area separate from bedroom and sitting, tv pretend to work area was great (this time watched football, last time basketball...mixing things up).

Love being able to do more than cardio in a hotel fitness room. Bench and dumbbells are appreciated. Also, laundry machines not just by fitness center, but also on my floor (guessing on every floor)

Lobby has snacks, soft drinks as well as some other things - didn't look real closely but nice to not have to run out to a convenience store or gas station. Didn't have time for breakfast this visit (did enjoy last time).

I pretty much keep to myself, but the staff was always friendly and helpful.

Love the location, 20 minutes from DFW, a few great restaurants within walking distance and easy to major highways.

Again, leaving impressed and figuring I'll return.
