The fact that there was no information within the room about the cost of services such as massage, facial etc. Each time I asked for the menu of this services at the reception, I was promised that they will bring it to my room but they never brought it. I asked for it on 2 different occasions and gave up.

The hotel is good. Just ask not to face the direction from where the music was coming late night
Cons:

Please ask not to be located in D module. The two times I've been in that hotel, my window was facing a sports field and at the other side of it there was loud music being played (maybe there is a discoteque or something in that direction).

Great location for Wilson & friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is perfect - opposite Wilson Airport and they shuttle you there and back.
The rooms are spacious . The bathroom is modern and tasteful but the rooms themselves require updating .
The staff were friendly but I gave up waiting for a glass of wine and went to bed !

Cons:

Safety - electrical sockets hanging off the wall and loose wires.
