Pros:

Excellent location walk to main lifts , staff super friendly and the accommodation was lovely. We not watch out we had a mezzanine room the king bed was huge but the two twins on the lower level my 15 yo was a bit big for . Not hotels fault I think he is just now to big to share a room
With us ;-) … wonderful hotel and would definitely stay there again

Établissement dans un état catastrophique, chambres pas nettoyées, odeur horrible dans les chambres et les couloirs, et j’en passe……

Le personnel :

c’est simple ils reçoivent les doléances mais s’en foutent complètement (par habitude je pense)

Bref cet hôtel est à l’hôtellerie ce que Mac do est à la gastronomie : une pure escroquerie !

Pros:

La chambre était bien décorée et bien située.
A notre arrivée le chauffage était hors service et durant le séjour la piscine n était qu à 24 degrés. Enfin le dernier jour, la chambre n a pas été nettoyée. Le personnel est charmant mais en partie non francophone.

Problème de chauffage, de télécommande et de rideau signalé lors de la première journée avec une promesse qu'une personne de la maintenance va intervenir... a notre départ toujours pas d intervention....

Un bel endroit, idéalement situé ! On sent que l’hôtel est bien plus habitué à une clientèle anglaise mais nous avons été très bien reçu et tout était très bien!

Pros:

Situation très bonne à quelques mètres de l'esf et de la garderie des enfants ainsi que du pieds des pistes. Local à ski très pratique. Service trés bon. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Pros:

Very nice room and great service. Very close to the ski slope, so ideal location. Only issue was linked to the Tignes ski resort parkings. Indeed it isn't possible to book a public parking online if not staying at least 5 nights.

Pros:

Hôtel sympa très près des pistes cela étant très agréable.
Quelques soucis de réseau internet et de chauffage de la piscine mais ca va cela était gérable :)
mon séjour vu la période était un bon rapport qualité prix

Pros:

Assez satisfaisant mais malheureusement le spa pas chauffé la piscine a 18 degrés autant vous dire que nous en avons pas profité. Pas de parking nous avons du nous garer à Val claret parking payant et prendre la navette. Pas de reseau wifi et de TV durant notre sejours. Hotel propre et les femmes de chambre tres avenantes et sympathiques.
