Me sentí estafado.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, buena limpieza.

Cons:

La atención de conserjería cero empatía, el desayunador es chico para la cantidad de gente alojada, 2 ascensores, el personal de servicio con sus trastos de limpieza o basura junto al cliente, no tiene estándares para un hotel de 4 estrellas, no tiene disponibilidad de cochera para todas las habitaciones

Buena ubicación y atención de la recepción!

Lo que si rescato y me quedo con eso del hotel es la atención de la recepción!! Todos muy amorosos y la ubicación del hotel es genial porque estás a un paso de todo!!

Cons:

Hubo algunos detalles no menores en la habitación y en el baño. No había alfombra en la bañera, el secador de pelo no estaba bien postrado a la pared y era muy incómodo cuando se utilizaba. No funcionaba el ventilador de techo y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien el ambiente. Respecto al baño deberían poner un botón para la ventilación y otro para encender la luz porque sino cada vez que ibas al baño encendías la luz y quedaba el sonido de la ventilación y era muy molesto. Respecto al desayuno tb.. mi mamá no puede consumir sal y solo había un queso untable pero con sal.. el jugo era de botella no exprimido y las medialunas estaban duras.
