O quarto era bastante agradável e limpo

Cons:

A piscina tinha demasiado cloro, o banho turco cheirava a urina e tinha azulejos rachados e a descascar.
A sauna não estava ligada.

A piscina interior devia de ter algum controlo, aquilo faz eco era muito barulho, os miúdos a saltar para a piscina, ao fim de 5 minutos já queria vir embora, para quem quer apanhar dores de cabeça é um bom sítio.

Como fomos visitar as aldeias do xisto, está muito bem localizado

Cons:

Começar as obras as 8h da manhã, mesmo em cima dos quartos. Não faz sentido escolher um sítio para descansar e ter que acordar com obras. Tentámos ir ao jacuzzi, mas ao ligar fez uma espuma muito duvidosa, o que fez com que fôssemos embora. O espaço exterior podia ser mais bem aproveitado para uma piscina maior

Limpeza do quarto

Cons:

Já nao é a primeira vez que fico neste hotel e desta vez tive a pior experiência. Achei o atendimento pouco empático, a ementa do restaurante tem pouca variedade e o pequeno almoço tambem oferece o minimo razoável. Para além disso, deram nos um quarto com mobilidade reduzida sem termos solicitado, e foi desconfortável pelas dimensões do wc: lavatório baixo etc.. achei a temperatura da piscina interior e exterior frias.
