The location. Good breakfast.
Somewhat hard, uncomfortable bed.
Forgot my ear pods behind and was over an hour down the road before I realized it. Contacted the hotel and they located them and even searched the parking lot for me in -35 degree weather that morning!! Amazing!! I seldom have stayed at a hotel that is willing to go thru the effort to locate an item little alone go outside in frigid conditions to locate and then help with courier directions to get it returned to me. Big shout out to Mona and the rest of the staff!!

We were recently storm-stayed in Moosomin and had to find a hotel for the night. It was our first time here and this is an excellent hotel. Very, very clean. Our room is large and very quiet. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff is so friendly. Since we couldn't drive any further and had to stay in town, the staff allowed us to check in early and relax well before the standard check in time. Definitely stay here if you are in the area. Very nice hotel. It even has a small kitchen sink in the room.

They have a Keurig in the room and a mini fridge with a freezer. Room had a large TV 55” I believe, Staff are fantastic. They have 24hr coffee.
I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Extremely disappointing stay. Breakfast was poorly managed and constantly out of food, and the general manager’s attitude was unprofessional and rude. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Best Western property, far below the standards I’ve come to expect from this chain.
The room was okay
It was crowded and noisy for a whirl pool suite. Asked for late check out house keeping entered my room at 10 am when I said dont come in as my partner and I were naked and I left a do not disturb sign on the door. My key cards also stopped working randomly after they let my partner in my room at 330 am
Hot tub - only the bottom jets worked
Pool was dirty. My room was right above the pool and the exhaust system was very loud so there was a constant noise all night. Room is dated and tiles in the front entrance are cracked and paint was peeling.
Room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable. Would have preferred a variety of pillows as all pillows were too high for my needs. Breakfast was good.
