It is a clean and simple place. They offer a good breakfast and accept pets :) We loved it.
Pros:

It is a simple place but very good value for money. It was all clean and had a lovely staff. They offered a good amount of choices at the breakfast. Also they accept pets which is great, not too many places accept them in the city. Altogether I would return there anytime, we liked our stay.

Cons:

The only thing that we do not like too much is that there are not too many parking lots are available.

Localização perfeita,e custo benefício.
Bom atendimento.

Cons:

Não que não gostei.
Só uma colocação,faltou na hora da limpeza colocar um pano de chão na saida do banheiro,por mas que se enxugue no box os pés ficam molhados sujando o banheiro e todo quarto.
E a descarga do vaso sanitário não estava 100%

Apenas a localização de bom
Pros:

Localização! Café da manhã é ok.

Cons:

Instalações velhas e mal cuidadas. O meu quarto tinha infiltração gigante e os funcionários trataram como se nao fosse nada demais.
Privada do banheiro de plástico e quebrada, porta do banheiro agarrando ao fechar.
Chuveiro provavelmente entupido com água saindo para todos os lados e o box que eu não sabia se era sujeira ou manchas!
Quarto com varanda virada pra rua e com para-peito próximo me deixou bastante insegura!
Não se enganem com a piscina! O dia que eu fui ela estava muito suja!!
Tudo muito velho e encardido, até a roupa dos funcionários!
Só ficamos lá por ser apenas para dormir 1 única noite e estávamos cansados depois de horas de estrada, mais que isso não ficaríamos.
