Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schmutzig. Der Aufzug ging zum Zeitpunkt der Anreise nicht. Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur sehr wenig vorhanden.
Die Matratzen waren sehr sehr dreckig

Cons:

Dieses Hotel liegt in einem sehr hässlichen Industriegebiet von Heilbronn. Unser Zimmer war im so genannten Nebengebäude untergebracht, was einem umgebauten Bürogebäude entspricht. Das Fenster hat direkt auf rostige Blechdächer und Industriegebiet gezeigt.
Wir hatten ein drittes Bett für eine dritte Person dazu gebucht und einen deutlich höheren Preis gezahlt. Das dritte Bett war ein wackeliges Bestellbett, das für einen großen Teenager absolut ungeeignet war. Wir sind noch am gleichen Tag wieder abgereist, ohne da übernachtet zu haben.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Netzes Personal. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Die parkplatz Situations ist wenn man mit Transporter anreist nicht gut.
Kein restaurant in der Nähe was man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Wenn man doch weg fährt ist der Parkplatz wieder weg🙂. Das wäre auf jeden Fall Verbesserungswürdig

Im großenteils ganzen gutes Hotel wenn man einen kurztrip macht

Das Zimmer war gut und hatte eine gute Größe. Badezimmer war auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Lage war nicht so gut, der Fernseher funktionierte nicht einwandfrei.

Ruhig aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Personal war mega freundlich

Cons:

Dass wir ein Zimmer im Nachbarhaus bekommen haben, welches primär für Monteure genutzt wird.
Bie den Zimmer hat sich der Laminatboden in Holzoptik schon gewölbt. Das Bett hatte 2 Fuße unten, die schon gebrochen warn und schräg standen. Und keine Sitzmöglichkeiten für 2 Personen wie gebucht.

Insgesamt alles etwas schmuddelig

Grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber die Housekeeping Leistung lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und auch beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Seife am Waschbecken im Bad komplett leer und auch keine Alternative vorhanden; Duschgel / Shampoo in der Dusche ebenfalls komplett leer; Krümel / Dreck unter der Fenstertür, welcher schon länger dort gewesen sein muss; es gab zwar zwei Gläser und eine eine Papiermanschette mit Hinweis auf ein kostenfreies Wasser, aber eine Wasserflasche gab es nicht.
Alles sehr schade, zumal der Preis aufgrund des Weindorfes in Heilbronn höher als normal war. Da könnten diese Basics wenigstens vorhanden sein bzw. funktionieren.
