Big/clean room. Reception staff lovely

Cons:

Window frame room 106 falling to bits hotel needs a refurbished especially in public upstairs area ie woodwork/carpets
Had a drink in the bar at 21.15 didn't feel welcome so ended taking drink to room

Pros:

Not a lot

Cons:

Tired old hotel. Decor so dated. Shower awful, no pressure. Floorboards creaking loudly enough to wake the dead.

Ideally suited for Swaffham town centre, comfortable clean hotel with great staff
Pros:

Great staff attention throughout the stay, hotel is a little dated but it was comfortable and clean. They provided a secure spot for our bicycles too which always really helps. The food in the bar was good, we all ate our evening meal in the hotel as Swaffham failed to provide, it didn't disappoint

Cons:

It is an old building and it has character, the rooms are a little dated although it didn't bother us at all. It was clean and comfortable and great value for money.

We enjoyed our stay and especially the food but would have liked a mor confortable room
Pros:

The food was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Our room No 54 was very dated and the bathroom very small and awkward to used the bath. The heating was not working when we arrived but by the end of the second day they had fixed it. Room downstairs and next to a back entry which was used early in the morning
