Breakfast could improve!
Great location for my trip and clean and comfortable.
Only one person serving on table for both dinner and breakfast led to uneccesary delays, especialy when at breakfast everyone came to ear at once! I felt very sorry for the waiter!

Lack of staff. Reception unmanned as was bar....had to always go looking for staff.
The email links to check in and check out did not work.
I rarely leave reviews, but this breakfast experience was difficult to ignore.
My family and I pre-booked the hotel’s “breakfast buffet” (£14 per person) because we had an early appointment the next morning. Unfortunately, there was no buffet—just a menu to order from. After ordering, we waited 40 minutes and nothing was served.
With around 15–20 guests in the restaurant and only one staff member present, the outcome was perhaps predictable.
As we were about to miss our appointment, I had to request a refund at reception. I was told the receptionist couldn’t process it and that a manager would contact me later. I was also asked why I hadn’t come to the front desk sooner to follow up.
Having stayed in many hotels, this was easily the most inefficient breakfast service I’ve encountered. What makes it rather ironic is that the hotel called before arrival to ask if I wanted to reserve breakfast, and it was promoted again at check-in.
Two days have now passed and I have not heard from anyone. My American Express account has also not received any refund so far, which suggests the follow-up process may be moving at roughly the same pace as the breakfast service.
If breakfast is important to your morning schedule, it might be wise to plan elsewhere.
Exceptional Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful both before arrival and throughout the stay.
Spacious Room: Very large room with a comfortable bed and a functional desk area, which was great for getting work done.
Convenient Amenities: Having both free WiFi and free on-site parking was a significant advantage.
Quality Facilities: The bathroom was a decent size and well-maintained.
Not ideal for business: The intimate dining setup means tables are too small for laptops/papers. The bar area can be too loud for work, and the tiny business room only fits 1–2 people.
Remote location: Very quiet, but there are no convenience shops or local stores nearby.
Niche decor: The interior design is very specific—you will likely either love it or hate it.
