Nice hotel, but poor value for the cost.
Pros:

Staff were helpful. Nice meal in The Chartwell. Decent size rooms, good bathroom.

Cons:

No issues with the hotel, but it’s very expensive for what you get.

First choice hotel for this area !

Cons:

El Hotel contaba con estacionamiento, sin embargo, no se nos informó que éste era pagado y nos llegó una multa posteriormente de la empresa a la cual le arrendamos el auto.

Very disappointed, poor value for money, wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Bathroom was modern and nice products provided.

Cons:

The room was very dated, space for a fridge/minibar but not provided.
The carpet was slippery, perhaps a cleaning product residue.
Breakfast was not replenished, even basics like coffee mugs.
Keycard failed multiple times during two night stay.
The hotel is confused, advising itself for weddings alongside a giant escape room poster.

Lovely stopover hotel
Pros:

The location is excellent, just off the M25 and quiet. Good parking. Tesla superchargers. Clean and comfortable room. Massive bed. Kettle, etc. Storage. Good air con and an opening window with blackout blind. Restaurant staff are excellent.

Cons:

There was no fridge. Just a cupboard where one might be. We were travelling onwards so it would have been helpful to keep our stuff cold. They did freeze a spare water bottle for me overnight.
