Great hotel. We'll be back!
Pros:

The room was clean, as you would expect, and the beds were comfortable. We normally stay here 2 or 3 times a year. The staff are all so friendly & courteous and we will return later in the year! It's a great location too.

Cons:

As we are smokers (don't judge us lol) it would be nice to see the ashtrays in the garden cleaned at the end of the day not just emptied. Yeah I know that's petty but you asked lol xx

Pros:

CLEAN ROOMS, FRIENDLY STAFF, AMENITIES WERE GOOD. RESTAURANT MEALS WERE GOOD. BREAKFAST WAS FINE. ALTOGETHER AN ENJOYABLE STAY

Cons:

I THOUGHT THE PRICE FOR A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS TOO MUCH. CONSIDERING MY WIFE ONLY HAD A BOWL OF CEREAL, A PIECE OF FRUIT AND A PIECE OF TOAST. FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST COST WAS OK.

Right on The North Downs Way path.
Pros:

Right next to The North Downs Way. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

There were no spoons in my room, only stirring sticks. Service was a little slow and not not particularly welcoming. Breakfast was only average.

Pros:

The hotel offered a blend of old fashioned English charm with modern facilities. It has an outdoir seating area which was lot up at night. The restaurant is located in the original manor house and offered traditional and continental breakfast as well as a selection of evening meals. I also enjoyed the Eastern influence of the Buddha and elephant statues outside , and the artefacts in the reception area
