Welcoming, relaxing and fabulous location.
Pros:

Location of property, views, ease of access. Staff were very accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Valet service, bar staff, restaurant food and reception were excellent. People working at the hotel make it really pleasant to stay.

Cons:

Nothing, we will come back again.

Fijn hotel op een toplocatie met zeer sympathieke medewerkers!
Pros:

Schitterende locatie tegenover de hoofdingant van de York Minster, in het oude centrum!
Medewerkers allemaal super sympathiek en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer die wij toegewezen gekregen hebben was er een voor gehandicapten, wat schitterend is voor gehandicapten. De ruime badkamer was van alle hulpmiddelen voorzien. Maar voor gewonen mobiele personen had dit toch het nadeel dat de lavabo en de spiegel zeer laag stonden. Maar wat ik als het grootste nadeel vond is dat de kamer geen vensters had, tenzij enkel een dakvenster.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Service voiturier très appréciable. Cadre agréable. Literie confortable.

Cons:

Chambre joliment décorée, propre et confortable. Petit bémol sur sa situation (dans un coin isolé du bâtiment et au 2ème étage sans ascenceur) et sur le sol inégal et en pente, un peu perturbant.

Loved the hotel. A better cup of coffee would have earned it a solid 10!
Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Room was very nice, spacious and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved. Limited options especially for coffee unless you paid extra.

An excellent and relaxing stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect to walk to all the attractions in town, the staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much, and the hotel was modern, clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

Located in a prime location, opposite the Minster and very central. Everywhere accessible and close on foot. Staff went up and beyond with hospitality and providing of information, always friendly and courteous at all hours. Great and very abundant breakfasts, hot and cold choices. The restaurant had a varied choice of great quality food too. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and provided comfort. Sustainability was also evidently at the forefront of their ethos as is supporting charitable causes. We would definitely return or stay in another INN hotel.
