Pros:

Excellent location and lovely room overlooking the Minster.
We also had an air conditioning which was great as were there during the heatwave

Cons:

Card in room had incorrect WiFi code, had to ask at Reception to get correct one.

Pros:

The closeness to everything. Staff very helpful. Lovely to have the car parked for us and have it brought back when we were leaving. The extra fan duri g the extremely hot weather was great, and made the nights more comfortable.

Cons:

Food selection was limited but very nice.

Great location misleading room booking information.

Great location. Friendly staff

Cons:

The room. At no point were we aware we were booking a room that was fit for wheelchairs. The accessible bathroom was hard to use - v low washhand basin , level access shower drainage issues meant whole bathroom area wet after showering. No windows too just skylight . Expensive for the room

Great stay
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were given twin beds in a family room, it was a large ,well decorated , clean room. We stayed during a heatwave , and the fan kept the room cool.
Cooked breakfast was fresh and cooked well.
The hotel is postioned in the heart of the historic part of York and right next to the Cathedral

Perfect location in a beautiful city. Excellent hotel -Highly recommended
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting York. The service was excellent and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious with a large bed and a lovely bathroom. We also had a view of the Minster from the window.

Cons:

There is no parking available at the hotel but that is consistent with most hotels in York. The hotel does offer valet parking with a daily fee but we did not use this.

Great hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

Fabulous location right next to the stunning Minster. Beautiful, air conditioned breakfast room directly overlooking Minster. Nicely decorated, spacious room. Really friendly, helpful staff.

Pros:

Super emplacement à coté de la cathedrale. Acceuil très sympathique. Service de voiturier très appréciable. Déco un peu vintage mais agréable. Juste un petit bemol sur la vue depuis la chambre sur des toits.

Very welcoming and perfectly positioned hotel for a visit to York. Great staff.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. The hotel is in a superb location for a trip to York. One of our family has limited mobility so the central location was an important factor in the choice.

Cons:

Its a bit pricey, but the location makes up for this and I would go there again.
