Clean, decent sized rooms, easy to find and lots of free parking.
The bar and restaurant were closed the night we stayed which was half the reason we selected it so that was disappointing
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with any concerns I had.
-Mould in the bathroom all over the ceiling everywhere.
-Tv would often cut out due to poor signal
-Short staffed so couldn’t order breakfast or have assistance of any kind in the mornings or late evenings
-The free internet did not work at all had to use my 5G and no internet on the tv so I couldn’t really use it at all.
-Bar staff were running reception from the bar (not their fault)
-Vending machine only takes coins so couldn’t get any type of snack/food/drink early or later after staff have left.

Attached bar for food. Fan in the room. Comfortable bed. Easy free parking. Friendly staff.
Rooms clean but a little bit tired.
I liked that I was listened to, as my Mum and myself are disabled, our room was on the first floor and access was via a disabled lift, our room was very spacious and we had a wet room which was great, plus we had a dressing room which was an added bonus, staff were very polite and couldn't do enough for you. All in all a win win.
One of the blinds needed fixed and the shower rail was tied up, so it couldn't be lowered
Staff were brilliant, food plentiful hot and tasty. Comfy bed.
Room tired, bathroom poorly lit, tiny sink not fit for purpose, shower freezing even after running for several minutes. Blind cord broken. No check in or check out.

Good location, easy to access. On site food and bar.
Areas of damage could be fixed, both in the room and bathroom. Overall property feels tired and in need of investment. All staff are for the pub rather than hotel
The room was a lovely big room, it does need a bit of an update - the lady who cleaned our room was lovely, really helpful.
Although we were informed beforehand there would be no food available on the Sunday, the restaurant was closed all week which was really a big downside

Great Hungry horse pub below, food selection was pretty good. It has parking,(roughly 20-30min drive to the airport, don't quote me on this).
Single bed room with kettle, shower, WC, towels, fairly big TV.
A few creeky floorboards but nothing to put me off staying.
