Very short stay but ideal for my visit

Lack of communication from staff
Pros:

Great location for what we needed

Cons:

No staff working over night. There were other guests partying all night which kept my daughter up all night. There’s no staff that work on reception. You need to collect your key in the bar. We were told breakfast was at 10am and came down to a sign up on the door saying 11am opening and Mother’s Day bookings only so had to find somewhere else to go.

Comfortable and clean

Cons:

They gave me a wrong room as i booked twin bed , however the gave me room 8 which was single bed.
There was no staff
The bathroom roof full of mold

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Was in the perfect spot, food in the restaurant was great , staff very so nice and helpful, my room was brilliant had everything I needed 😁

There’s nothing really that I didn’t like was great

Location was good for all my needs really friendly staff,late check in was excellent and well covered,food was very good with great service.

Cons:

Friends who came to visit found a hair in the coleslaw while we ate there.the fire door slamming at all times of the night with people coming and going at 0130,0200.0400 and 0630 most nights were the same
