We went for NYE was lovely the meal the disco the stay and the breakfast for a very good price, we recommend highly it’s in an idilic place, beautiful, staff very friendly and welcomimg

Went for a drink here one evening.
Parked in their car park and went in.
Registered our car on the machine in the bar area and had one drink, then left.
Two weeks later got a parking fine for £40 through the post!!!!
Avoid the place is my advice.

☆ Restaurant view is of Frensham ponds 🍽 🍽🏞
☆ Room felt luxurious & very clean ( tea etc available) bathroom had a wonderful shower and small shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body cream available 🚿 🧼 📺 🛏
☆ Small gym with a balcony area - view of the pond. 🏋️‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️
☆ Spa available ( didn't go in there but imagine from all the above it would be lovely) ✨️
☆ a lovely walk around the pond through the woodland area / man made beach 🚶‍♂️ 🏞

We came with family to attend a wedding at a nearby venue. It was a lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff (thanks Akash!), beautiful area to explore. Comfortable beds, biscuits and twinnings tea in bedrooms.

Despite a few teething problems with my booking the Hotel was great. Service was superb and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Great choice and very fresh. Would definately like to return again in the summer to swim in pond.

Had the Sunday lunch. The food was ok. The service was good. Unfortunately the hotel looks tired and could do with a refit.

Went to the bar for a drink. No one to serve there, no one at reception. Only staff I found in the kitchen. No apology. Unfriendly. And the fake grass terrace is such bad taste. Also the restaurant was empty except for one table - for a Sunday lunch. Felt closed down.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is immaculate, very attractive and extremely quiet. The staff are so polite and thoughtful. We would definitely come here again!

A beautiful hotel in a stunning and tranquil location with views over Frensham Great Pond. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food delicious. This is an excellent base for walkers and bird watchers as well as those seeking a spa break. I definitely recommend

I chose Frensham Pond Hotel to host the event to celebrate of the life of my wife.
At these difficult times, you need things to be straightforard. Anu, in the events department was so kind and helpful.
The events room was laid out well, opening onto the terrace area overlooking the lake. So peaceful and tranquil.
The staff were attentive and efficient, the food was good.

Catered for vegetarians very well and the food was lovely and different variety everyday for the 3 days we were there.
Accomodates groups well. We were a group of 20+
Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of a music retreat .
So if anyone wants to do group activities, family reunions, yoga retreats etc and need space and supportive Accomodation, this is it !!!

I have just returned from a wonderful stay at Frensham Pond Hotel, as part of the Indian musical singing choir. I must say that I've been incredibly impressed not only by the stunning serene peaceful venue, beautifully clean rooms, delicious varieties of food served , but also the customer service was absolutely impeccable. The staff were quite warm, helpful, very patient with my special gluten-free requests. Will certainly return whenever I can and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. Thank you very much !
