Good location.
Loo seat broken.
Huge comfy bed and double aspect room
Nothing
Cleas, comfy bed, bathroom ok
Nothing really
The staff are friendly and welcoming, stayed due to wedding held at the hotel.
Room was comfortable but a bit tied and needs updating.
Shower pressure really high - like bring sprayed with needles . Too high tap pressure . Bed head - very hard discovered when banging head on it ! (Room 32)
Good location, room was clean, large and comfortable, Good food, mostly good staff
One staff member was especially rude.
Lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. Fan was great on a very hot night. Garden was pleasant to sit in the shade. Despite the few things I didn't like, I would still go back.
No WiFi in room, very poor signal, not working. Furniture was very tired and marked in places. Toiletries in the bathroom were 'half used' bottles. Light switch above the bed wasn't working. I didn't have time on this quick visit to let staff know about all of the above but what I did point out was rectified straight away.
Convenient location
Water dripping from the ceiling in the hall
Close to centre. No breakfast taken
Location run down . Adjacent property could pass as derelict Bates motel. One Painted shut window. No double glazing on main road position. Cobwebs covered windows outside . Room facilities were all there but random layout. Very grubby presentation.
Very good location, close to all amenities. Ample parking available at the hotel. Room had everything we needed for an overnight and was clean and tidy. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that but overall nice place to stay. Would use again 👍
Lots of stairs as the room was in the attic.
Nothing
It was terrible quality, the room wasn't big enough
Friendly staff, good location. Clean
Decor was a bit tired
Good location, OK for overnight stay.
Bar and beer were good
Overall standard of hotel seemed 'run down'
Room was adequate but generally smelt musty
Breakfast was a well supplied buffet with plenty of choice.
It was laid out in the conservatory - a peaceful, pleasant room.
I pulled the curtains because of the sun/heat intending that they remain closed all day -
they were opened by housekeeping which meant the room was hotter than it needed to be.
