Excellent spotless clean.
Pros:

Very clean, easy check in, great location for Newark show ground. On site parking ,nice breakfast lovely gardens to sit in, bar great food five mins walk to town centre. Don’t hesitate to book it’s a great hotel. Lady who owns it was amazing thank you see you again next time I’m in the area. Andy

The room and bathroom were acceptable however the ants around the tea and coffee shelf made the stay

The location was ideal.
The breakfast was acceptable.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room had an infestation of small ants around the tea and coffee shelf, I did not see them around the bed or elsewhere. I reported it to the receptionist.
