Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with parking for guests. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable.
I found the pillows a little hard, but my wife said they were fine for her.
Nice hotel in a quiet location, a 15-20 min walk into city centre but there are lots of buses which run along main road. Great breakfast in a nice restaurant area. We stayed in a room which overlooked the back of the hotel. It was small but adequate and bed was comfortable. Paintwork in corridor and room was a bit rough and it had creaky floorboards. The non slip part of the bath used for shower was completely worn away so it was very slippery. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep well as the soundproofing is not very good. Loud talking in room opposite until 1 am, the bedroom doors make a loud noise when closing and the plumbing from adjoining room was noisy.

The property was lovely the decor was very nice and I loved all the little touches around the whole place from the lampshades to the pictures on the walls and the staff were so helpful and friendly , we were a party of 6 and no complaints from any of us !! We wld defo return and defo recommend- food was yummy too we will b bak !
For the money we paid there was nothing to dislike ……. Exceptional !!

The location was great for where we wanted to go.
The staff were exceptionally helpful including the night porter.
The breakfast was delicious.
The car park was really busy as they had several bays sectioned off for a trip bus to park up.
