Lovely warm welcome from reception staff and all the professional and friendly staff. Really great menu choices for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Will definitely be returning for another mini break.

Everything at this hotel is fantastic. I have had to stay in Norwich several times in recent weeks and this is my preferred place to stay. The staff are universally friendly, welcoming and attentive. They can’t do enough for you. It feels so genuine. The restaurant is great and even their smaller single rooms are comfortable, practical, clean and well looked after.

The shower could do with a shelf of some kind to house shampoo and soap.

Everything about my stay was just right. All parts of the hotel were well decorated and well kept. The breakfasts were superb- if anything too big! All the staff I had dealings with were lovely -friendly but still professional. A great experience all round.
Car parking was a challenge!
Fabulous victorian styled building with fresh, modern decor. Very spacious and comfortable room. Excellent bar/bistro/restaurant with extensive menu for breakfast, brunch, snacks and dinner. Staff were absolutely amazing... friendly, accommodating and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.
No real dislikes. No fridge in the room with water but carafes/jugs of iced water supplied on request. No iron/ironing board in the room but supplied within a few minutes of asking. Can't complain about anything really as anything we requested was supplied immediately.
Spacious room, comfortable bed and good A/C. Nice bar and tasty breakfast. Quiet area and plenty of parking.
