Woken at just after 06.30 with Tv on full volume in adjacent room !! Was so loud I could hear every word . Turned off about 07.00. Maybe residents could be asked to keep tv noise to minimum !

The bistro and the bar area and the cleannesses the staff where very helpful and the position of the hotel close to buses into Norwich so we did not have to use the car once we arrived.
The view from the windows of room 137 which look straight across a flat roof to windows opposite other rooms ,also from the bath room window to all the junk at the back of the hotel.

The room was very nice, I always enjoy staying here. The breakfast is lovely
My only gripe is the coffee at breakfast time. It is very strong. I usually have to bring coffee mate to add otherwise you end up adding too much milk and it is then cold. The charge of nearly £4.00 for a cappuccino or latte is just ridiculous when you are a paying guest and have paid for breakfast and an overnight stay.

The location was just right and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff were really accommodating and helpful. As we are both tall adults and struggled on the standard bed, they then allowed us to change room for a bigger bed, which made all the difference.

Very confusing pricing for breakfast. I ended up paying more than I anticipated despite only having what I consider a continental breakfast.
Nowhere in the room was there anywhere to put my case so I had to have it on the floor.
Schöne, relativ große Zimmer, allerdings etwas weit draußen. Sehr gutes und gemütliches Restaurant ubd gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten auf der Karte.
Lage war für mich OK, da Richtung Uni-Campuss - touristisch vielleicht etwas vom Zebtrum.

The location and the staff in the bar/restaurant were friendly and welcoming.
Hotel receptionist wasnt really much of a people person.
The room itself (standard) was tiny, the smallest room ive ever stayed in (they say NY rooms are small but this was tiny) cobwebs everywhere, bathroom smelt damp. Pillows were like rocks, not sound proof in the slightest. We didnt sleep well at all.
