Fantastic location. Room small but comfortable and very quiet.Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Unusual to have such ample parking so close to the city centre. Good quality restaurant and breakfast.

The food at dinner and breakfast was well prepared and plentiful. Very pleasant and efficient staff. Comfortable, quiet room.

No heating in room
Central location
Nothing at all like the photos implied - there was so much wrong with this stay. The flat has potential to be something nice, but it definitely did not live up to this. The counters and beds and couch were all clean, but the walls were scuffed, the bathroom sink clogged and there was quite a lot of mold and cobwebs above the shower (it had quite a high ceiling, so understandably hard to clean). When I messaged for help regarding wifi and the thermostat - (which turned off every few hours, which was tough because the flat was quite cold - the living room windows were quite loose) - I spoke to what I think was an AI agent for the first 20 minutes, as they kept repeating the same answer without really understanding what I was asking. This was solved when someone else, seemingly real, answered the message with a helpful solution, but it was a very frustrating time trying to get the flat warm after a long day of travel. And it was quite expensive for all of that. We ended up moving hotels a night early because it was not a comfortable place to be.
