Extremely warm welcome from the staff who were on hand to help at all times. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, excellent breakfasts, a very comfortable room and really enjoyed our stay.
The rooms are very small for a double and although adequate, clean and comfortable, there really wasn’t much space. For two nights it was fine but I think i would have struggled with any longer.
We often say at this hotel at least once a year and we do really enjoy our stay here with friendly staff and good food and drink and clean and tidy.
Unfortunately it's one that we have mentioned before It's always a nightmare to park and we have said before a parking space should be allocated for staying guests not to just pasers by. Also for the room we had it was over priced as the bathroom layout wasn't very practical and needed a good upgrade.

Clean and comfortable and clearly very popular. Decent private parking and great breakfast. All of the staff were really helpful and friendly. A short easy walk into the City Centre
Rooms were a little small and could have been a bit quieter but it was very busy so maybe some noise was to be expected.
Quirky, apparently newly decorated or refitted. Very pleasant bar and brasserie. Good breakfast and helpful staff. A short bus ride into the centre of Norwich from a bus stop nearby. All in all, enjoyable and recommended
No complaints
The room was perfectly adequate for our needs with plenty of storage space. The shower in our room was located in the bath, which is not ideal as I feel these days a dedicated standalone shower is much more convenient and acceptable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay for the money spent, although I thought that the pastries were not fresh that morning.
Bathroom could be updated with a modern shower enclosure put in and remove the bath.
Staff welcoming and very helpful. Restaurant very good for breakfasts and dinners. Executive room was very good and spacious.
In the bedroom, more and stronger coat hangers would be an improvement, the ones provided were very weak for hanging trousers. There were no coat hooks in the bedroom or bathroom for hanging coats & hats or clothes.

Breakfast was superb. I had to change my booking twice and the staff were superb, helpful, and fast. Staff during the visit were just as good. It was excellent value for money and I will visit again when I'm back at that client.
I make all my judgements vs what I paid. On this rate and quality , I will come back time and again.
Always receive a warm welcome at reception. Large, comfortable room and bed. Air-con. Blinds and curtains. Bright and airy bathroom. Friendly staff in restaurant. Great evening meal and very good breakfast menu and coffee. Felt fresh and bright throughout. Great location. Parking.
