InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX - Seaworld

I caught the housekeeper going through my personal possessions a few days in a row. Also, she forced a cleaning service on my clean room and forced me to leave, "that's policy" she said. But she clearly cleared the next room with the guest in there. 🤦 I'm disappointed and requested a bottom floor, the front desk placed me on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so it was a nightmare. You get however much toilet paper they allow and one towel for your entire time, regardless according to the front desk. And someone bangs on the door at around midnight. Also, the trash is your responsibility according to the other front desk. The gentleman was no help, literally. This property hides their trash cans for their personal work use and guests are to walk to the dumpster. Don't use their vending machines, I'm still awaiting the refund from one snack, one week ago...🤏🙊 Really, to have my personal property prowled through and stolen. To be mocked and mistreated after I paid to be there. To have to do their jobs, protect myself from them and pay them. Save yourself.

That being said, the room is smaller than you think. Not super small, just smaller than the pictures suggest. The couch is not that comfortable, the table is okay, the AC unit does work but it does not uh blow air inside fast enough I guess? I dont know how to describe it. I had max speed on and it felt like it was on low. BUT the room did consistently get very cold. Never hot.

The bed did kind of slump, but I think that was just for my room. It also was not that big of a problem to begin with. I had the best sleep I had at a hotel on that bed.

My room didn't look anything like the picture online you must pay extra for a room that looks like that I was in a room that was old and very outdated carpet was dirty it smelled old they had roaches and I was very uncomfortable AC wasn't cold we had to buy a fan

I like everything about this place

The front desk staff. Older bald man demanding payment because "he didn't feel like staying til close." The security always staring was a problem starter. Like he did it to set you off. Do I even get my deposit back? I was forced out at 6:30 because he didn't want to wait til 6:40, which was when I received my deposit. I want my deposit back. Always getting attitude. Always pounding on my door for payments, acting like I didn't pay already. They show no patience but are fast to display authority of making me wait to develop a late fee. They take a break at 12, making you wait til after 1, when they feel like returning and charged me several times for their lunch breaks. I won't stay at this location again. He was a horrible man! He was only kind to old Mexican men but treated women horribly.
