It needs investment and renovations!
Pros:

Location. Close to shuttles.
Close to restaurants.
Reception staff very friendly. But hardly saw them?

Cons:

Our room was dirty, dated, cracked toilet seat. The windows blew open (it was freezing)
No one cleaned our room for 6 days. We took out our own trash, washed and dried towels.
And paid a small fortune to stay.
Never again!

お世話になりました。
Pros:

フロントの方や、レストランのスタッフの方、皆さん気持ちの良いサービスマンでした。

Cons:

私どもの予約以外に団体様の予約があったとの事で、部屋タイプをアップグレードしてくれたのですが‥‥
あいにく、今回の宿泊では高齢者を連れての宿泊だったので部屋内の浴槽ありでホテルを探していました。
アップグレードのお部屋には、シャワー室のみだった為、ホテルを吟味して決めた意味がなくなってしまいました。
アップグレードは、凄くありがたかったのですが、変更の際は事前確認していただけると助かります。

素敵なホテルなので今後の参考になれば幸いです。

Excellent staff, location and experience!
Pros:

Excellent staff and fantastic location, especially for easy access to the slopes and high quality food! Great dry room for snowboard gear which comes in very handy for drying boots and gloves to get you out there fresh every day.

Ok if you’re looking for party central location in Echoland. Not so much if you’re used to Japanese level of omotenashi.
Pros:

Centrally located in Echoland so quick access to f&b.

Cons:

No onsen, zero housekeeping over 4 days despite a request on second day. So I gave up.

Comfortable hotel in need of rejuvenating but with excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff were excellent especially Razer . The breakfast was good.

Cons:

No Japanese toilets and shabby appearance outside in places . Needs a bit of tlc.

Pros:

De locatie, het personeel en de twee bijbehorende restaurants

Cons:

Het hotel was prima, maar heel duur voor wat je krijgt. Je betaald voor de locatie, omdat het een skiresort is. Verder is het interieur oud en was het niet heel schoon. Verder moet je niet verwachten dat je met locals bent. Hakuba is heel populair voor Australiërs.

Pros:

Good location in Echoland with shuttle bus & restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Not super clean. One guest had vomited on the pavement that lead from reception to the annex building - didn’t get cleaned up for the whole duration of our stay. Rooms had an odd musty smell to them. No shower curtain in our bathroom - floor got very wet.
