Pros:

Will never come back! Bad customer service, MONICA H, was basically harassing us, asking us for our room number while not asking other people around. She had the worst atitude! She definetly does not know how to speak to a customer. It seemed a little fishy was it because we were Hispanics? Hilton please do better! As a family that always goes out to trips and rents hotels this has never been as issue until today!

The rooms were nice and clean.

Cons:

I booked this specific hotel for their pool for my niece to have a fun pool to play in. Upon arrival we were told the pool chemicals were off and that they were treating it and it would be open at 6:00 pm. We arrived back to the hotel around 9:00pm and asked about the pool and was told it would be closed the entire weekend. This hotel was over $100.00 more than the average hotel in the area. I wish now I wouldn't of spent the extra money to stay there for their pool.

Also the room across from us had a dog staying in it as well (which is fine) however when we went to our room for the first time the dog started barking and scratching on the door. Scared the mess out of my niece and I. From that point on the dog continued to bark for the next 3 hours. I did report this to the hotel and they did take care of this issue.

Very nice place to stay with you dog
Pros:

I stayed here with my 2 little dogs and this place did not disappoint! The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. I like their little patio area for sitting with my dogs. I was impressed with the large grassy area they have for your dog. It is very well lit and I felt safe walking outside around the property by myself. The area of town was nice and had lots of different places to eat close by. I especially liked the gas prices in this town!

Great stay!
Pros:

Nice, clean hotel. We checked in after midnight after trying to find a place to stay. Joy was working the front desk and she was FANTASTIC!! So friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The beds are a little too hard for us, but if you like hard beds, this is for you! The shower has great pressure, but the water wasn’t very hot. We would definitely stay here again. I do wish they had free breakfast though. It’s a nice location, not too far from the highway.

The best place to be!!
Pros:

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Starting with Shannel booking my party, Gage serving breakfast, Tee helping us alone trying to make everything perfect!

Friendly staff..very clean main areas.

Cons:

Charges disclosed after booking. $9 a day to park in a regular parking lot. Nothing but coffee was free including water in your room. No way to get water but faucet or buy it at their little store. I felt like the franchise is all about money.
