The best place to be!!
Pros:

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Starting with Shannel booking my party, Gage serving breakfast, Tee helping us alone trying to make everything perfect!

Check prices at hotel before booking. Hidden charges until after you book.

Friendly staff..very clean main areas.

Cons:

Charges disclosed after booking. $9 a day to park in a regular parking lot. Nothing but coffee was free including water in your room. No way to get water but faucet or buy it at their little store. I felt like the franchise is all about money.

Watch out for hidden parking lot charge.
Pros:

The very friendly staff and easy check in.

Cons:

The parking lot charge!!! It is a regular parking lot and was full of snow and ice. No one cleared it and we are charged a fee to park! Did not know this until sent a welcome email. No reason for the charge. Everything costs extra in room so beware.

Did not stay, tried to get room on line, were told at the end of app. room was no longer available
Cons:

We tried to get the room online when traveling by car. We filled out all the information, only to be told at the end of the application that room was no longer available. Called the number provided only to find that only a lesser room was available and at nearly twice the price as previously posted. When we said we wanted to cancel, operator was extremely rude. told us "yeah, yeah, yeah whatever" and hung up.

And still charged us for the room on our Capital One Card, I am a long time member of Hilton Honors - not impressed.

Cons:

The night / evening staff was very nice, professional acting and professional looking. The day staff did not have a professional (Hilton) demeanor.

The stand alone shower had no hot water.

I would definitely recommend to future travelers.
Pros:

The facility was very up-to-date. The room was spacious. the AC & heat worked great, with a good frig, microwave and coffee maker. The decor was nice. The hamburger and fries at the Bar and Grill were very good as was the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The streaming on the free tv (ABC) was not working correctly-Kept freezing up. The bed had a loose spring on one side.
The bathroom sink was set too far back as we could not reach over enough to use it.
