Pros:

Once again thourally enjoyed our stay staff now know us very well and always take care of our 17 month old as we've been staying here since she was 3 months old

Cons:

Checking out lol 😂 but TV,s should be upgraded to smart tv as stayed at many much cheaper hotels and they mostly all have Netflix and other streaming services or the ability to use your own account

Great front desk service , comfy beds , beautiful view and nice AC .
Pros:

Breakfast was great ! But the staff at the restaurant needs just to touch on customer service lil bit more . No smiling , I greet them with good morning and no response with straight face (I don’t know if it’s language barrier) but they just need to smile 😊. Food was great 👍🏾.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Golden Palace Hotel Lombok.
The room was clean and quiet, which made it very comfortable to rest. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
I especially enjoyed the Ramadan buffet — the food was delicious and offered great variety. Considering the price, there is really nothing to complain about.
Overall, excellent value for money and I would gladly stay here again.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The staffs were very helpful. We did separate bookings for 3 nights, but the reception staff helped us combine the bookings into just staying in the same room so we don’t have to check out after the separate bookings.

Cons:

The water pressure for the toilets are too strong, but the water pressure for the shower is too weak.
