war gut, da wir an einem fest waren und spät ins bett gingen waren wir nicht lange im zimmer.....
Pros:

frühstück war gut

Cons:

unser zimmer (nr.38) hatte nur ein fenster in den gang und da hat es einfach keine frische luft. finde ich sehr ungünstig.

Pros:

Nonostante un piccolo disguido tecnico (la camera prenotata risultava occupata), lo staff ha trovato tempestivamente una soluzione che si adattasse alle nostre esigenze. Ho apprezzato molto la loro disponibilità e attitudine al problem solving. Molto piacevole anche la cena presso la struttura.

Cons:

La colazione è risultata un po' sottotono rispetto al resto dell'esperienza, l'offerta era davvero troppo basic e mi sarei aspettato una maggiore varietà e qualità.

Unkompliziertes Check-in mit freundlicher Reception.
Sauber und zweckmässiges EZ mit schalldichtem Fenster.
Frühstück mit "klein, aber fein" Motto. Alles was es braucht, ohne Firlefanz. Frischer Fruchtsalat, Zopf, Croissans und frische Eier zum selber garen im Wasserbad.
Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz gleich brim Hotel.

Cons:

Nichts.
Trotz Renovation hats einige Farb- und Gips-schäden, die aber Sterne-gerecht sind.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Der freundliche Empfang der Chefin, das Zimmer

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wurde kein Aufschnitt, kein dunkles Brot oder Zopf nachgefüllt. Die Serviertochter kam noch schnell mit einem hellen Brot vom Bäcker zurück. (Wir kamen um 8.30h zum Buffet).
Hotel Parkplätze beschränkt, mussten auf öffentlichem Parkplatz Gebühren bezahlen.

A good place to sleep but overall quite basic
Pros:

- good location as just a short drive to Laax
- free parking
- great powerful walk-in shower and nice bathroom overall.

Cons:

- no “external” window - the only window in the room opened into a corridor so lack of airflow
- lots of road noise/ noise from train barriers through the night when window is open. Also noisy if people in other rooms are entering/exiting their rooms as it is just open to the hallway.
- very basic - no complimentary water or glasses
- limited parking spaces so I can imagine these would run out if fully booked so would have to pay for parking.
- Dated tv - didn’t really use anyway!

Perfectly adequate for a short stay in Ilanz
Pros:

Room was basic but clean; Location was perfect for my purposes.

Cons:

Outside lighting at the entrance was poor; I would not recommend a room in this part of the hotel for a woman travelling alone.
