Creo que este ha sido una de nuestras mejores experiencias en un hotel!
El hotel en sí, es maravilloso. Y desde la llegada los dueños y el anfitrión, te atienden de manera amable y te ayudan en todo, incluso a agendar los tours.
En la terraza hay una vista increíble, y los desayunos son lo mejor que hay!!! Todo hecho a mano y delicioso!
Nuestra habitación literal era como estar en una cueva y eso lo hizo más mágico!
Para mi esposa y yo, hospedarnos en este hotel fue una maravillosa experiencia y sin duda volveríamos!!! Lo recomendamos 100%!!
The hotel is really well located. At the top of the mountain, but close to the city center. The rooms are big, clean, cozy and convenient. The administrators are friendly,polite, knowledgeable, and super helpful. And the breakfast is really something ro experience. Especially pancakes.

不是很大型的三层小楼，公区虽然不大但是装饰很精巧。房间的门口很好看。每天会打扫房间。
没有特别说酒店还给床装饰了玫瑰花，很有仪式感了！我房间在一楼有窗户，而且可以开空调通风，没有别的帖子说的潮湿、闷的情况。
露台有多个平台可以看夜景和日出热气球，有拍照的沙发和道具，不想跑Love Garden在酒店就能看！
店员很nice，会主动提前联系whatsapp问到达时间。我的航班比较晚一直等我到晚上十一点。而且小哥超会聊天，很热情介绍酒店不冷场，还会开玩笑哈哈哈
早餐品种特别多，坐下直接上满桌子！此外还有自助的饮品区水果区烘焙区，两天水果会不同，除了常见的瓜和苹果梨这种，还吃到樱桃草莓杏子桃子。还可以单点热食，有炒蛋、蛋饼、巧克力香蕉松饼和咸芝士肉松松饼，松饼有个阿姨手工现摊，很脆超好吃！

Lovely staff and atmosphere with an amasing breakfast each morning. Beautiful location with a view over the whole of Goreme!

部屋は暗く、部屋でゆっくり過ごしたい人向けではありませんでした。洞窟ホテルなので雰囲気を味わいたい人向けではあると思います。

En Booking tiene una puntuación de 9,6, eso me hizo reservar, esta lejos de esa puntuación, en las fotos aparece todo colorido con lugares para recostarse y observar, eso solo se monta sobre pedido, no esta asi todos los dias, la habitación que tomamos tiene un baño en un piso subterráneo, con una escalera caracol muy empinada y peligrosa, una mezcla de amabilidad con imposibilidad de hacer lo que se le solicita, servicio de limpieza solo hasta las 16:00 hs, desde la habitación se escucha todo lo que ocurre afuera, la habitación no es oscura porque sus cortinas dejan pasar luz por los laterales, pedi servicio de lavandería, me lo hicieron rápido, pero traen la ropa sin planchar ni doblar, como digo, una mezcla de amabilidad con imposibilidad, esta lejos de una puntuación de 9,6
