I really loved the location, the view, and how close it is to everything. Some of the hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly, always welcoming with a smile, especially the lady on the kitchen , the housekeeping ladies, and Ava at the reception.

Cons:

We arrived in the evening, and as soon as we got off the bus, dogs from the hotel suddenly jumped towards us. I was travelling with my elderly mother, who has a severe phobia of dogs. We immediately informed the reception staff and explained how difficult it would be for us to move around the hotel with dogs constantly roaming freely.

The staff contacted the hotel owner, but he refused to relocate the dogs for the duration of our four-night stay or even place them in a closed, designated area.

Honestly, we were shocked by the lack of consideration and respect. Just as some guests love animals, others may have a genuine phobia of them or simply feel uncomfortable around them. Throughout our stay, every time we wanted to enter or leave the hotel, we had to wait outside until someone came to restrain the dogs.

We could not enjoy any of the hotel’s facilities because the dogs were allowed to roam freely, as if their comfort mattered more than the comfort and safety of paying guests.

To make matters worse, on our last day, the water supply was cut off throughout the entire hotel for two hours. Also, none of the hotel rooms had air conditioning except for one room. Please be very careful and check this point before booking.

Unfortunately, we spent three of the worst nights in this hotel, which showed very little consideration for even the most basic rights of its guests.

All of this happened in one of the most beautiful cities, yet this hotel completely ruined our experience. Needless to say, I would never repeat this experience or stay at this hotel but again.

Ok but we missed a warm customer service.
Pros:

The room was big. Bathroom too. The room was clean, but I would not say that for the rest of the place in hotel. The staff was without smile on their faces. Breakfast was ok, but nothing exceptional.

Pros:

We thought the breakfast was really nice. The location was also great. The staff clearly works very hard and was dilligent and helpful when needed.

Cons:

The facilities themselves were very run down. The room was not clean (for example, the bathroom tissue bin was still full when we checked in) and the amenities needed updating or cleaning. We were really looking forward to an authentic cave stay but the facilities were really outdated and the photos seemed to have been done years ago.

Hotel management needs to be improved .

Good location. Easy to get into town. Good size room. Easy to watch hot balloons in the morning

Cons:

Front desk arranged shuttle to send us to airport. He checked my flight ticket and I fully trusted the arrangement. But the schedule was too tight . The driver took whole passengers to gas station to fill up the gas. We missed our flight…We have to repurchase flight tickets for next day. Book the hotel nearby airport. Reschedule our car rental… waisted one day of our vacation time and a nice hotel night we booked! The hotel only said “Sorry for the inconvenience”

Chambre remise avant l'heure prévue.
Loin du bruit mais proche de tout

Cons:

Le pommeau de douche à changer car rouillé.
La couette trop petite par rapport au lit double
Lumière cosy donc peu éclairé
La saleté sur les marches accédant aux chambres tout en haut.
L'omelette payante, pas de fruits au petit déjeuner beaucoup de salé locale mais correct.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, with rooms cleaned daily, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The location was beautiful and convenient, and being able to book tours directly through the hotel made everything so much easier. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was well taken care of, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

All the hotel staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking and beyond words! A special thank you to Mr. Ozan for going above and beyond to help us by arranging to have our forgotten luggage sent to Istanbul by bus. We truly appreciate your kindness and assistance.
