Pros:

Struttura ben posizionata al centro di Goreme ottima per vedere le principali attrazioni turistiche del luogo anche in autonomia.
Staff disponibile e super disponibile.

A solid 8/10. Pretty good but inconsistent . Could be great, with some attention to detail.
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, true cave rooms, nice terrace, generally good breakfast

Cons:

Inconsistency- breaks fast was average on the first day then got better. Rooms were nice but the patio out front was the junk storage area and the daily room clean was done to a low standard. The 8am breakfast didn’t start until 8:30 and coffee wasn’t available till 9, no cups in the room, spa didn’t work, etc, etc, - lots of small things

Sin duda alguna, este hotel ha sido el mejor de nuestro viaje. Las vistas desde la azotea son preciosas y las habitaciones son muy amplias y bonitas.
Todo el equipo es encantador, pero queremos hacer una mención especial a Ozan, por tratarnos tan bien y hacernos sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Muchísimas gracias por tu cariño y por el recibimiento. Cuesta encontrar a personas asi. Fue muy simpatico y nos ayudo en todo. Nos llevamos un recuedo maravilloso de elite cava suites. Gracias Ozan

​Mixed feelings
Pros:

Great location, just a few minutes walk to an amazing spot with beautiful views. The view from the hotel itself is actually quite nice; there is some construction on the way, but that’s not a problem. The room itself looked really nice and was cleaned every day during our short stay. The staff was alright. As for the breakfast, it was okay – not the best I’ve ever had, but it was fine and had a decent selection.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the smells in the room ruined the experience. I read reviews about cave rooms before and knew that smells can vary, but I didn't expect it to be this bad, especially in the bathroom. The shower was nasty and dirty. I booked this specific room partly because of the jacuzzi, but it was so poorly maintained that I regretted my choice. I was really disappointed by how neglected the shower and jacuzzi were.

Decent hotel, but consider other options
Pros:

Good location, unique experience of staying in an actual cave, friendly staff

Cons:

Generally very dirty floor with old filthy carpets. Weird quality of bed linen, felt like i was sleeping wrapped in plastic film (inadequately hot and sweaty), got pimples all over my body after my first night there. There was some mold in the shower, a broken shower holder and a slight leak in the toilet (quite noisy at night). There was no thick curtain to make the room dark at all. The rubbish bins were super small. Also, there was construction work going on right in front of the hotel, so the balloon views from the hotel were not the best. Generally - don’t trust the pictures, you won’t see the balloons this close to the hotel.

Fantastico
Pros:

Ottima colazione, varia tra dolce e salato. Eccezionale la disponibilita’dello staff ( specie alla reception)sia nel fornire indicazioni sia ad accontentarci in ogni richiesta . Ottima l’organizzazione transfer dal e per l’aereoporto, come le escursioni tutte( red tour, green tour, mongolfiera, quad) organizzate tutte con la loro agenzia. Che dire, viaggio magico, da ripetere e sempre nella Suite familiare dell’Elite…. Grazie

L’Elite Cave ha grandi potenzialità’ da sfruttare al massimo come le magnifiche terrazze ….

Great place for memorable stay
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, transportation links, and dining options.
View from our suite was stunning. Unfortunately there were some building sites across but was not completely taking the stunning views.

Breakfast had good options for the property seize. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed relaxing time making use of the private jacuzzi.

Staff are professional, welcoming, and responsive to guest requests. Check-in and check-out processes are efficient, and the front desk team provides helpful local recommendations.

As an independent travel advisor I would confidently recommend this hotel to clients or further colleagues seeking a reliable and comfortable stay in Cappadocia.

Cons:

Showers could do with a bit of improvement.
