A beautiful location with a perfect view for watching the hot air balloons. The rooftop/terrace is definitely the highlight of this place.

However, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional, slow, and often unable to answer basic questions. The breakfast was very poor and not tasty. If you want an omelette or fried eggs, you have to pay extra for each egg separately, which was very surprising.

There is no swimming pool at this hotel. There is a pool at another hotel from the same chain, but access costs an additional 10 euros.

At check-out, my son was carrying an empty small bag. Near the exit, one of the staff members took it from him and carried it about 100 meters to our car. After that, he was clearly annoyed because I did not give him a tip. This left a very unpleasant impression.

The location is amazing, but the service and overall hospitality need significant improvement.
